The purpose of the present study was to design and validate organizational virtue models in sport organizations. This study's objectives are functional and its content is descriptive correlative. The statistical Society of the study was all the managers and office staff of Sports and Youth organization of the West of the country which was opted purposefully. Gathering the required data was conducted through questionnaires, the face value of of which was confirmed by the experts of the field (14 people). Also, its reliability was approved by using alpha Cronbach test (0.83) and combined reliability. LISREL-SPSS24 software was used in order to examine and analyze the data and also the process of the model through structural equations sampling. The results of the present study showed that the following factors had a significant role in in assessing the organizational virtue structure: organizational structure(0.76, organizational Justice (0.74), work ethics (0.72), spirituality at work (0.73), psychological capital (0.69), spiritual intelligence (0.75), quality of communication (0.91), educational investment ( 0.92), discipline (0.90), behavioral virtues(0.91), behavioral well-being (0.80), social dignity (0.96) and citizenship behavior (0.92). Based on the model, it can generally be stated that the sports and youth offices, by emphasizing on an individual and organizational discipline, pain special attention to holding educational courses, making efforts to improve social dignities and betterment of behavioral virtues can take major steps towards increasingly expanding their organizational virtue.

The aim of this study was to investigate the impact of strategic flexibility on entrepreneurship through the mediating role of organizational learning (Case Study: Office of Youth and Sports West Country), respectively. The sample size is 341 people, which is distributed among the population.The measuring instrument was three Farshad-Mehr’s Flexibility Inventories (2015), Chang et al’s Organizational learning capabilities (2005) and Organizational Entrepreneurship (2011( questionares. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data. All analyzes were performed using SPSS and PLS software. Research findings show that strategic flexibility and organizational learning have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship. Also, strategic flexibility has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning. Strategic flexibility on entrepreneurship through organizational learning of effect Positive and meaningful. It is hoped that the sports and youth departments, through the use of exploration and extraction learning in their organization, which are linked to the spirit of entrepreneurship and risk appetite, will create the greatest potential for entrepreneurship in their organization. It should also be noted that the use of this type of learning in the organization requires strategic flexibility that allows such a function to be given to employees in the organization.

The goal of the this study is investigation of high-performance work systems effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment according to the mediating role of person-organization fit sport and youth organizations of western provinces. The current study is descriptive-scrolling in strategic studies domain and is practical in purpose. The statistical population of this research is consisted of all managers, deputies and experts (314 people) of sport and youth organizations in the west of Iran in 1397, which among them 175 people were selected using the Simple random sampling method & Morgan table. Data collection tools were: Chin Jootsay’s standard questionnaire for high-performance work systems (2006), Chatman’s person-organization fir questionnaire (2011), Minnesota job satisfaction questionnaire, Mayer and Allen’s organizational commitment questionnaire (1997).). Data analysis was performed with Spss software and structural equations model. The results of structural equations showed that, high performance work systems have intense impacts on person-organization fit, personal and organizational fits have effective impacts on organizational attitudes, high performance work systems can have positive and significant effect on organizational attitudes and also the mediating effect of person-organization fit in relationships of HPWS parameters and job satisfaction and organization commitment was confirmed. According to the conclusive results of the current study it can be stated that applying the important factors of high performance work systems and considering the important fits of staffs and organizations in sport and youth organizations will drive them closer to the organizational goals and increase job commitment and satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the effect of organizational agility on organizational performance with the role of mediator of intellectual capital among employees of sport and youth departments in western provinces of Iran by presenting a model. The research method is descriptive and correlation based on the structural equation model. The statistical population of this study was all employees of sport and youth departments (Kermanshah, Kordestan, Hamedan, Lorestan and Ilam) (453 people), using 284 people who were selected using Krejcie and Morgan tables. For collecting data, three standard questionnaires of Intellectual Capital (Bontis) (1996), organizational agility Sharifi and Zhang (2001) and organizational performance of Yang et al. (2004) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the sports management professors and their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. The findings showed that organizational agility had a 59% positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Intellectual capital also had a 45% impact on performance as an intermediary variable, and the effect of organizational agility on intellectual capital was reported as 71%, which had the highest effect in the research model. The test results of the research model indices were fit for fit and the research model was confirmed. These findings suggest that, in sports and youth departments, senior managers can achieve better organizational performance by providing the necessary platforms for intellectual development and intellectual capital.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the Organizational Justice with Organizational Indifference In Employees of Sports and Youth Offices Kermanshah Province. The research is descriptive and correlational. The population if this research, Were All employees of the departments of Youth and Sports Kermanshah province (228 patients). To determine the total number of samples was determined using the statistical sample is proportional to the population size is considered. The instruments used in research, was two questionnaire organizational justice Nyhvf and Moorman (1993) and the organization indifference questionnaires danaiefar et al (1389), that the reliability was determined 0/85, 0/97. To analyze the data, were used descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation, multiple regression) using the software SPSS22. The results showed that the organizational justice With Organizational indifference There was a significant negative correlation. The results of stepwise regression showed organizational justice 0/28 to explain Organizational indifference changes.Therefore, the administrative director of Youth and Sport recommended that By paying special attention to the changing organizational justice; provide Terms of to reduce Organizational indifference staff in the organization.

This study aimed to survey of Relationship between Organizational Forgetting and Agility with Organizational Performance of Managers and Experts in Youths and Sport Ministry. The research method was descriptive and type of correlation. The population of all employees of the Ministry of Sport and Youth (n =170), respectively. The questionnaire targeted organizational forgetting Jalali and colleagues (1389), and organizational agility Spitzer Questionnaire (2007) was used. For validity using the 10 sports management experts and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha, respectively, .85 and .93 percent were reported. Descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Pearson correlation and regression) were used.
Results showed significant correlation between organizational forgetting and organizational agility. Among organizational forgetting factors, Intentional organizational forgetting has most correlation with organizational agility. Regression analysis showed that organizational forgetting and its factors (Intentional organizational forgetting, knowledge management potential, organizational learning) anticipated 45 percent organizational agility. Also, among organizational forgetting factors, unlearning was most important anticipate of organizational forgetting.

The purpose of this study was to Predict Employee Organizational Performance, According to the Organizational Silence in Office of Youth and Sports of the Kermanshah Province. The research method was descriptive and type of correlation. The statistical population of the study (228 person) consisted of all Employees in the Sports and Youth Offices in Kermanshah Province. According to Kerejci & Morgan, 163 person were randomly cluster. Instruments used in the study, were Questionnaires of Van Dyne et al (2003) Organizational silence and Hersey and Goldsmith (2003) Organizational performance that Primary reliability Was conducted Through a pilot study in between 50 person of the Employees in the Sports and Youth Offices in Kermanshah Province and was approved Then Total reliability were reported through Cronbach's alpha, with 163 participants in the year (1394) of the 0/73 and 0/93 For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics was used (K-S Test, Pierson correlation coefficient and multiple regression). The results showed that, significant relationship between organizational silence) r= -./19, P˂. /05 (and organizational performance. Also, the results of stepwise regression analysis Showed that organizational silence respectively can 27 percent of changes from organizational performance to predict. Therefore, we suggest to managers in the sports and youth offices that, through special attention to organizational silence provide Conditions for increase organizational performance.

The purpose of study was normalization of national pride questionnaire with emphasis on sport. Population of study consists of all faculty members and PhD students of physical education and other governmental university of guilan, Kerman, Esfahan, shahrkord, Mashhad, Semnan and Kermanshah disciplines. Cluster-based randomization according to geographical distribution used in this resarch that 325 individuals responded to questionnaire. According to survey of literature, semi-structured interview with sport management scholars and social science, questionnaire was conducted and finally 71 questions based on seven factors of cultural and literature pride(12 items), history and civilization pride(8 items), military pride(14 items), politics pride(10 items), science pride(8 items), economic pride(7 items) and sports pride(14 items) catagoryed. Internal consistency of the questionnaire according to pilot study from viepoint of 50 peeson of samples doing and Cronbach alpha was =α 0.79 that confirmed reliability of the questionnaire. Also, confirmatory factor analysis used for construct validity. Result showed that national pride questionnaire with emphasis on sport has appropriate tool for measuring national pride. Also, final model of reasrch showed that militariy and sience prides in priority was first and tow rank of national pride and sport pride had five ranks and economic pride had end rank of national pride. Suggest that future researchers used this questionnaire in big and different sample to assess national pride.
