The reliability of the interviews was obtained from the method of agreement between two coders based on Cohen's kappa coefficient of 0.73. The statistical method of the study was performed using second-order confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling and using PLS software. The results of the qualitative part indicated that the environmental transformational leadership model in sports has 16 dimensions and 6 perspectives including environmental incentives, sense of belonging, environmental culture, psychological empowerment, transformational leadership, environmental performance. The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics using SPSS.20 and Amos 23 software and by structural equation modeling. The results showed that the variables of organizational anti-citizenship behavior, organizational laziness and organizational trauma had a direct and significant effect on the variables of organizational pessimism and work conscientiousness. But the relationship between organizational trauma and work conscientiousness was not significant. Also, the indirect effects of the variables of organizational anti-citizenship behavior, organizational laziness and organizational trauma through organizational pessimism on work conscientiousness were significant. The purpose of this study was to design a communication model of quantum leadership and manpower productivity of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research was applied and in terms of nature and method, it was correlational and causal-comparative. The statistical population was all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the statistical sample were 269 persons. In this study, Quantum Leadership (Azimi, 2011), Manpower Productivity (Hersey and Goldsmith, 1980) and structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) Questionnaires were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the opinions of 12 sports management experts and the reliability was reported through Cronbach's alpha as 0.87, 0.89 and 0.91, respectively. To analyze data from statistical tests Kolmogorov-Smirnov, t-sample and structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) and SPSS software were used. Findings showed the components of perception and cognition, validity and compatibility of human productivity and components of quantum seeing, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum cognition, quantum action, quantum trust and the existence of quantum leadership at the first level affects the components of ability, motivation and feedback from the productivity of human resources at the second level. Also, the second level components affect the organizational support component of manpower productivity in the third level. Therefore, it can be said that quantum leadership will be able to increase the productivity of human resources in the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

This survey aims to investigate the relationship between knowledge leadership Absorptive Capacity General Offices of Sports and Youth in West of Iran. The present survey is descriptive and is also done according to correlation and field method. In order to collect data of this survey two standard questionnaires of knowledge leadership were used based on Viitalamodel (2004) model and Absorptive Capacity was done according to Minerva et al (2003) model. The study population consisted of all male and female employees of all agencies in sports and youth west, using non-random sampling as a purposive sample of 274 individuals was selected for the study. In order to analyze the amount of reliability, Chronbach alpha was used and knowledge leadership questionnaire was a=0.93 and Absorptive Capacity was a=0.83 After collecting the data, they were analyzed according to survey hypothesizes using One Sample t Test, Pearson correlation as well as multiple Regressions so that the results indicate that: 1- knowledge leadership status with the value (P=0.001, t= 5.66) above-average and absorptive capacity with the value (P=0.001, t= -0.33) Lower than the average level was 2- There is a significant and positive relation between knowledge leadership and its features with absorptive capacity. 3- Support the learning process individual and group can predict absorptive capacity dimensions {Employees motivation (β= 0.45) Employees ability (β= 0.68)} in a positive and significant way. So it can be concluded that the knowledge leadership of employees can play an effective role in facilitating their absorptive capacity.
