These indicators were then presented to the experts in a semi-structured questionnaire to gather their opinions on the importance and priority of these indicators. Subsequently, a questionnaire aimed at determining the relationships between the identified factors was designed and presented to the experts. In this questionnaire, the experts evaluated and determined the extent of influence and dependence of each factor on the others. The results of this stage were used as the primary data for interpretive structural modeling. The MICMAC software was used to analyze the collected data. Based on the results, economic and financial factors, infrastructural and technological factors, cultural and social factors, environmental and legal factors, and managerial and organizational factors play a role in establishing an entrepreneurial sports federation..
