The purpose of the present paper was to investigate the relationship of conscientiousness and job satisfaction with the organizational loafing of physical education teachers in performing extracurricular sports activities in schools. The research method was a descriptive survey and the research tools were the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Standard questionnaire (2009), Sims and Nicole (2014), and the Ghorbanizade Conscientiousness questionnaire (1395). The statistical population included physical education teachers at Kashan city (N=102), which statistical sample was considered as 69. In the inferential statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression (stepwise approach) were used. The most important findings of the research showed that the level of loafing and conscientiousness of teachers was favorable, but the level of job satisfaction was moderate. There was no significant difference between male and female teachers in terms of social loafing, conscientiousness and job satisfaction. In addition, according to the type of employment (formal and contractual), there was no significant difference between the loafing, conscientiousness and satisfaction. As a result, the promotion of career development’ opportunities and increased job satisfaction, leads to the participation of more and more physical education teachers in sports supplements activities.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of job stress and job insecurity on the intention of job leaving the lifeguards with mediating role of the job satisfaction in the city of Arak. The research methodology was causal and applied in purpose. The statistical population included all active lifeguards (N = 140) in Arak city. The sample size was 80 people from the active lifeguards of Arak. In this research, standard questionnaires including Khan et al. (1964) questionnaire for job stress, Nissi and Mahmoudian (2002) questionnaires for job security, Kaufman & Fisher (1979) questionnaire for job satisfaction and Seyshoor (1999) questionnaire for the intention to leave the job was used which after confimed validity by experts, reliability was obtained 0.80, 0.883, 0.872 and 0.717 respectively by Cronbach's alpha. To analyze the data, the partial least squares method and Smart-PlS software version 3 were used. Findings showed that job security has a positive and significant effect on job absence and job stress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Job security predicts 69% of intentioned leaving the job. Also job stress predicts 58% of job satisfaction. Job stress has a negative effect on the intention of the job leave and job satisfaction, but these were not significant and job satisfaction as a mediator variable has not been able to predict the intention to leave a job.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the behavioral factors of strategic and operational plans of public sports in Iran. Regarding the research goal, the present research is aimed at using a variety of applied-development research that is conducted in the field of strategic and analytical research. The statistical population of this research consisted of all members of the board of directors and chairmen of the federation of The purpose of this study was to regressive analysis of the organizational health and job satisfaction with Job burnout of physical education teachers of Tehran province. Statistical population included all physical education teachers in Tehran (N=1500). Based on the Morgan table 320 persons were chosen simple randomly method for research sample. The Hoy & Fildman (1997) questionnaire of organizational health inventory, and Jackson and Maslach (1985) questionnaire of Job Burnout, and Minnesota (2000) questionnaire of Job satisfaction were used to achieve the research objectives. Their reliability were studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.82, 0.89 and 0.79 respectively. Analysis of the collected data done by descriptive approach and inferential statistics methods, including K-S, and regression through SPSS software. Results of the research showed that there is a negative significant relationship between the organizational health inventory and Job burnout of physical education teachers. There is a positive significant relationship between the organizational health inventory and job satisfaction of physical education teachers. There is a negative significant relationship between the job satisfaction and Job burnout of physical education teachers

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support on provided service quality by Sports and Youth offices of Golestan province employees. Statistical population of the study was all employees of Sports and Youth offices of Golestan province (220 persons) that 141employees selected as a statistical sample of research. To collecting data, questionnaires of job satisfaction (Bobbin & Boles, 2004), perceived organizational support (Yavas & Babakus, 2009) and provided service quality (Lasser et al., 2002) were used. To analyze the data and identify the effects of research variables, structural equation modeling was used by Smart PLS software.The findings showed that job satisfaction hasn’t significant impact on offered service quality provided by Sports and Youth offices of Golestan province employees, but effect of perceived organizational support on provided service quality by employees was significant. It is recommended to managers of Sports and Youth offices of Golestan province that by improve employees’ job satisfaction and proper organizational support of them improve the quality of services provided by employees.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between psychological empowerment and organizational citizenship behavior of the Physical Education Teachers According to the mediating role of job satisfaction. The survey was conducted by Applied Research. The population included all physical education teachers in Golestan province (688 numbers) in the 1395-96 academic years which using stratified random sampling of 253 of them (169 females and 196 males) were selected as samples. Spreitzer’s Psychological Empowerment Questionnaire (1995), job satisfaction Minnesota questionnaire (1977) and Podsakoff Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire (1990) were used. Descriptive scales and Kolmogorov-Smirnov statistical tests, Pearson correlation coefficient and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data. The results of correlation test indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior.The results of correlation test indicated that there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived psychological empowerment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior.

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior(organization - individual) were employees of the Ministry of sport and Youth. The instrument used in this study include organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire Tepper et al (2004) and job satisfaction Hart Line and Ferrell(1996). the validity, has been approved. and by using Cronboch’s alpha reliability of the questionnaire organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction 0/81 and 0/73 was obtained. To analysis the data, Pearson correlation test, factor analysis and structural equation modeling in SPSS and LISREL used was. The research findings showed that job satisfaction has a significant effect on the behavior of individual citizens and organizations. The purpose of this research was to analyze the relationship between Job Satisfaction and organizational justice with Procrastination among sport corps Staff of Hamedan city. The method applied in this research was descriptive-correlation. A sample of 162 employees was randomly selected. The data collected from questionnaires procrastination of Tuchman (1991), Job Satisfaction of Berifildoross (1951) and organizational justice of Neyhof and Mormen (1993). Face and content validity of the questionnaires were examined and approved by experts. Collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and stepwise regression coefficient. The result of research showed that no significant correlation exists between Job Satisfaction and Procrastination and interactional justice with Procrastination. The results showed that there was significant negative correlation between procrastination with organizational justice, distributive justice, procedural Justice. The results of the stepwise regression showed that previse distributive justice, procedural Justice of the procrastination 17%. Directors can by use of Suitable dispensation and apply Just Procedure in Organization, increase distributive justice and procedural justice scale and in this way decrease staff Procrastination scale in Organization.

The goal of the present study is to investigate the relation between spiritual Intelligence, organizational commitment and job satisfaction Employees of Sport and Youth General Office of Selected Provinces. The research method is descriptive-correlation. The statistical society of this research includes all employees of Sport and Youth General Office of Selected Provinces accounted to 185 individuals; among them 125 individuals were selected as the sample using simple sampling method. Spiritual Intelligence Questionnaires of AbdoallahZade et al (2010), job satisfaction of Smith et al (1969) and organizational commitment of Allen & Meyer (1990) were used for data collection procedure; after validity was proved by experts reliability was also computed by using Cronbach Alpha. To analyze data and research assumptions tests, regression analysis and structured equations model were used through applying SPSS and LISREL softwares. Findings show that the relation between spiritual Intelligence and job satisfaction, spiritual Intelligence and organizational commitment, job satisfaction and organizational commitment is meaningful. Moreover, there is a multiple relation between spiritual Intelligence with job satisfaction and spiritual Intelligence with organizational commitment; therefore, spiritual Intelligence may predicts 27% and 23% of job satisfaction and organizational commitment variances.

The research method is descriptive and type of survey. The statistical population was including of all physical education and nonphysical education teachers in Amareh Province in Iraq (199 people). The statistical population was including all physical education teachers and nonphysical education teachers were selected using Morgan table (384 people). The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between social capital, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and performance of the staff of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The population of the study, 303 experts and directors of the Ministry of Sport and Youth, formed, out of which, 181 people were selected. The data gathered, four questionnaire organizational performance Hersey and Goldsmith (2003), commitment (Meyer & Allen, 1997), social capital (Nahapiet and Ghoshal, 1998) and job satisfaction (Minnesota, 1967). Formalized their validity, and reliability was obtained, using Cronbach's alpha for the questionnaire on organizational performance, 0/87, organizational commitment, 80/0, social capital, 86/0 and job satisfaction 0/90. The results of analysis on the structural equation model indicated that the model fit was good, and acceptable. And all paths (hypotheses) were confirmed with high confidence. In the meantime, most of the work on the relationship between organizational commitment and performance (54%). Social capital and job satisfaction are also each work 41 and 33 percent on their commitment.
