چکیده

هدف از این تحقیق بررسی نقش تحلیل نقش رکود یادگیری و تجربه بر نوآوری سازمانی اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان یزد بود. با استناد به اطلاعات کارگزینی اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان یزد، در سال 1395 جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل 177 نفر از کارکنان بود. با توجه به جدول کرجسی و مورگان حجم نمونه برابر 123 نفر برآورد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و به شیوه پیمایشی اجرا گردید. جهت اندازه گیری از پرسشنامه‌های رکود یادگیری و تجربه، یادگیری و نوآوری سازمانی استفاده شد. که پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها به ترتیب 83/0، 79/0، 85/0 و 88/0 تایید شد. برای آزمون مدل مفهومی پژوهش از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر روش حداقل مربعات جزئی با استفاده از نرم افزار آماری Lisrel استفاده شده است. نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد رکود یادگیری و رکود تجربه بر چشم انداز مشترک، اشتراک دانش، تعهد به بادگیری و نوآوری سازمانی تاثیر معناداری داشت. همچنین چشم انداز مشترک، اشتراک دانش و تعهد به یادگیری بر نوآوری سازمانی تاثیر معناداری داشت.
