چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر مدل یابی نقش میانجی مسئولیت اجتماعی در رابطه علی اخلاق حرفه‌ای مدیران و اخلاق مدنی هواداران باشگاه‌های فوتبال لیگ دسته یک ایران بود. روش تحقیق حاضر از نوع همبستگی با رویکرد معادلات ساختاری و از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است که به شکل میدانی اجرا شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمام هواداران لیگ دسته یک فوتبال کشور در سال 1397 که برای تماشای مسابقات فوتبال تیم محبوب خود در ورزشگاه حضور یافتند؛ بود. با استفاده از فرمول تعیین حجم نمونه برای جامعه نامحدود 303 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از سه پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفه‌ای عیدی و همکاران (1395)، پرسشنامه اخلاق شهروندی محقق ساخته و پرسشنامه مسئولیت اجتماعی بخشنده (1391) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون سوبل و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد بین اخلاق حرفه‌ایی و مؤلفه‌های آن و مسئولیت اجتماعی و مؤلفه‌های آن با اخلاق مدنی شهروندی هواداران رابطه معنادار وجود دارد. در نهایت مدل پژوهش حاکی از برازش مدل و الگوی مطلوب بین متغیرهای پژوهش بود. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق به نظر می رسد که مسئولیت اجتماعی باشگاه می تواند به عنوان متغیر میانجی بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای مدیران و اخلاق مدنی هواداران عمل نماید و اخلاق حرفه‌ای از این طریق اثرات خود را بر اخلاق مدنی شهروندی هواداران نمایان سازد.
