نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای در ارتقاء سرمایه اجتماعی معلمین تربیت‌بدنی شهر تهران

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش مسئولیت اجتماعی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای در ارتقاء سرمایه اجتماعی معلمین تربیت بدنی شهر تهران بود. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه معلمان تربیت بدنی شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 که در مجموع 2343 نفر بودند. نمونه‌گیری با استفاده روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای با در نظر گرفتن حجم جامعه آماری از جدول تعیین حجم نمونه مورگان استفاده شد و بر این اساس حجم نمونه 425 نفر بدست آمد. به منظور اندازه گیری متغیرهای تحقیق از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد مسئولیت اجتماعی و استوارتز (2003)، اخلاق حرفه‌ای مقیمی و رمضان (1390) و سرمایه اجتماعی خداداد و همکاران (1389) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و AMOS برای آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین مسئولیت پذیری با اخلاق حرفه‎ای، بین اخلاق حرفه‌ای معلمین با سرمایه اجتماعی و بین متغیر مسئولیت اجتماعی با اخلاق حرفه‌ای ارتباط مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. در نهایت نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که مسئولیّت اجتماعی از طریق متغیر میانجی اخلاق حرفه‌ای بر سرمایه اجتماعی معلمین تربیت‌بدنی شهر تهران اثر مثبت و معناداری دارد. مدیران و مسئولین آموزش و پرورش شهر تهران با نهادینه کردن اخلاق و مسئولیت اجتماعی، علاوه بر افزایش سرمایه اجتماعی می‌توانند باعث پیامدهای مثبت منتج از سرمایه اجتماعی معلمین تربیت بدنی گردند.
