چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر رهبری فراگیر بر یادگیری از خطاها در کارکنان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان غرب کشور با نقش میانجی امنیت روانی و تعدیل‌گر فاصله قدرت بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که با استفاده از روش معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان ادرات کل ورزش و جوانان غرب کشور بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی هدفمند 203 نفر به عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. برای سنجش متغیرها از پرسشنامه‌های رهبری فراگیر کارملی و همکاران (2010)، یادگیری از خطاها ریبوویکا (1999)، امنیت روانی کارملی و همکاران (2010) و فاصله قدرت دورفمن و هاول (1998) استفاده گردید. که روایی و پایایی آن‌ها مورد تایید قرار گرفت. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده-ها از مدل معادلات ساختاری توسط نرم افزار پی.ال.اس نسخه 3 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که رهبری فراگیر هم به صورت مستقیم و هم غیرمستقیم از طریق امنیت روانی بر یادگیری کارکنان از خطاها تأثیر گذار بوده است. همچنین فاصله قدرت رابطه بین رهبری فراگیر با امنیت روانی و یادگیری کارکنان از خطاها را تعدیل می‌کند. لذا به مدیران ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان پیشنهاد می‌شود که به منظور توسعه یادگیری کارکنان از خطاها هنگام بکارگیری سبک رهبری فراگیر تفاوت فردی کارکنان در فاصله قدرت را در نظر گرفته و همچنین زمینه توسعه امنیت روانی کارکنان را در سازمان فراهم سازند.
