چکیده

هدف از انجام تحقیق مقایسه وضعیت موجود و مطلوب عدالت ورزشی از دیدگاه فوتبالیست‌های حرفه‌ای بود. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی_پیمایشی و از دسته تحقیقات کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی فوتبالیست‌های لیگ برتر کشور ایران بودند که تعداد 177 نفر به شیوه نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، وارد مطالعه شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه عدالت ورزشی احمدی و همکاران (1391) بود. به ‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده گردید. نتایج نشان داد که بین وضعیت موجود و مطلوب عدالت توزیعی (001/0=Sig، 628/11-=z)، عدالت رویه‌ای (001/0=Sig، 669/11-=z)، عدالت مراوده‌ای (001/0=Sig، 669/11-=z)، عدالت حق‌مدار (001/0=Sig، 759/11-=z) و عدالت ورزشی (001/0=Sig، 564/11-=z) تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. به طور کلی نتایج شایان آن است که وضعیت موجود عدالت ورزشی در تیم‌های لیگ برتر نامناسب است و با وضعیت مورد انتظار تفاوت وجود دارد. به مدیران ذی‌ربط پیشنهاد می‌شود که تحقیقات جامع در راستای علت‌یابی این وضعیت، انجام داده و در راستای بهبود آن بکوشند.
