چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش اثر هولوگرافی بر تصویر سازمانی با میانجی تجربیات سازمانی و شبکه اجتماعی سازمان در سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران بود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه کارکنان سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران بود. نمونه آماری به تعداد قابل کفایت برای نرم افزار مدلسازی اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس برآورد گردید (158 نفر) و به صورت تصادفی طبقه‌ای نمونه‌گیری شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه بازطراحی شده از تحقیقات قبلی برای چهار متغیر و در مقیاس 5 گزینه‌ای لیکرت بود. روایی محتوایی ابزار با استفاده از نظر متخصصان (9 نفر)، پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی ارزیابی و تایید گردید. نتایج نشان داد که اثر مستقیم هولوگرافی سازمانی بر تصویر سازمانی، شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی و تجربیات سازمانی معنی‌دار است (به ترتیب با ضرایب 816/0، 798/0 و 549/0). همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم هولوگرافی سازمانی بر تصویر سازمانی از مسیر دو متغیر میانجی شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی و تجربیات سازمانی معنی‌دار بود (به ترتیب با ضرایب 840/0و 56/0). از این رو اثر غیرمستقیم هولوگرافی سازمانی بر تصویر سازمانی از مسیر میانجی شبکه اجتماعی سازمانی نسبت به اثر مستقیم بیشتر بود اما از مسیر میانجی تجربیات سازمانی کمتر از اثر مستقیم است.با توجه به نتایج، پیشنهاد می‌شود سازمان ورزش شهرداری تهران برای بهره‌گیری از قابلیت هولوگرافیک و ارتقای برند از طریق آن، ضمن مستندسازی تجربیات، یک شبکه اجتماعی تخصصی را در سیستم خود پیاده سازی کند.
