چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی روابط بین مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر با رفتار شهروندی سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی در کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان یزد انجام شد. در این پژوهش از روش نمونه‌گیری سرشماری استفاده شد و حجم نمونه 168 نفر درنظر گرفته شد. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامة استاندارد مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر اسپینوال (2001)، رفتار شهروندی سازمانی پادساکوف (2000) و عدالت سازمانی نیهوف و مورهن (1993) بود، که روایی آن‌ها به تأیید اساتید رسید و پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ به‌دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با نرم‌افزارهای اس.پی.اس.اس نسخة 26 و لیزرل استفاده شد. در بخش آمار توصیفی از فراوانی، درصد، میانگین و انحراف معیار و در بخش آمار استنباطی از آزمون کلموگروف- اسمیرنوف، ضریب همبستگی و مدلسازی ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش در مدل نهایی نشان‌ داد که میزان تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی برابر با 65 درصد، میزان تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر بر عدالت سازمانی برابر با 94 درصد و میزان تاثیر غیرمستقیم مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر بر رفتار شهروندی سازمانی با میانجی‌گری عدالت سازمانی برابر با 36 درصد بود،که همه روابط در سطح 05/0 معنادار بودند. بنابراین، با توجه به نتایج پژوهش می‌توان گفت که مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان باید توجه خاصی به مدیریت کیفیت فراگیر در جهت ایجاد عدالت سازمانی که توسعه و ارتقاء دهنده رفتار شهروندی سازمانی است، داشته باشند.
