چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل روابط علی رفتار سیاسی یا عملکرد شغلی و نقش میانجی‌های رهبری اخلاقی و ادراکات تبادل اجتماعی کارکنان سازمان‌های ورزشی است. تحقیق حاضر همبستگی با رویکرد مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و به شکل پیمایشی انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری، کارکنان سازمان‌های ورزشی شمال غرب کشور بود،(۶۹۹). با فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه آماری با میزان خطای 05/0 تعداد 248 نفر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای در نظر گرفته شد. برای اندازه گیری متغیرها از ۴ پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی و پایایی ابزارها موفقیت آمیز گزارش شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد رفتارسیاسی با عملکرد شغلی (تی ولیو=01/9، ضریب اثر= 36/0)؛ رهبری اخلاقی (تی ولیو=78/32، ضریب اثر= 71/0) و ادراکات تبادل اجتماعی (تی ولیو=04/29، ضریب اثر= 67/0) رابطه مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج آزمون سوبل نشان داد که متغیر رفتارسیاسی از طریق رهبری اخلاقی و همچنین ادراکات تبادل اجتماعی با عملکرد شغلی رابطه معناداری دارد و رابطه میانجی هر دو متغیر تایید گردید. با توجه به اهمیت رفتارسیاسی و انکارناپذیر بودن آن در سازمان‌های ورزشی مدیران به گونه‌ای عمل کنند تا با رهبری اخلاقی و ایجاد ادراکات تبادل اجتماعی در بین کارکنان عملکرد شغلی آنها را به نحو مطلوبی هدایت کنند.
