The purpose of the current research is to the attitude of the professors of different trends in the field of physical education towards virtual education. In terms of practical purpose, the present research is exploratory (qualitative) in terms of the importance of the problem with the approach of data theory of Charms Foundation. The statistical population of the research includes professors of various sports disciplines. According to the use the of database method and conducting interviews to collect data, sampling was done in a targeted manner and the method of sample selection was in the targeted sampling technique of snowball/network type. The data collection tool of this research was an unstructured in-depth interview in the field of the attitude of the professors toward different trends in the field of physical education towards virtual education. The results obtained from the analysis of the interviews in the theoretical coding section showed that the views of the professors on different trends in the field of physical education towards virtual education include two parts of the disadvantages of online education, which include the problems of holding physical education lessons in virtual space, the lack of supervision and concentration. A B S T R A C TBackground: Today, paying attention to the needs of athletes in order to identify and solve their problems is considered as the main and effective factors in advancing the goals of a sports team. Sport in our society, especially in the women's sector, has major shortcomings and problems compared to modern sports in the world and requires deep rooting and long-term study. Therefore, considering the importance of conducting research related to the research variables on athletes and the lack of research on the needs of girls’ volleyball players of the national youth team, In the present study and in the open coding stage, 82 codes were extracted, but due to the semantic similarity and duplication of information, these codes were merged and aggregated and finally reduced to 46 codes. In the next step, called axial coding, the process of assigning code to the concepts in the data is completely unlocked and takes the form of an excerpt. In the last stage of coding, the researcher acts more selectively on the basis of these emerging components in the coding work because the main component of the theory gradually shows itself, hence the last part of the coding is called "selective". After coding the interviews, due to the large number of primary codes, secondary coding was performed and 46 open codes were obtained. Economic, educational and behavioral infrastructure, the role of the media and cultural factors. Then the comparison and grouping of central codes showed that they can be summarized in 3 selective codes of managerial factors, infrastructure and facilities and socio-cultural factors.

A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect data. The questions of this section were obtained based on the model obtained from the qualitative stage of the research. The scoring type of this questionnaire was based on the 5 Likert scale. The validity of the designed questionnaire was approved by 10 professors in the field of sports management. The questionnaire also consisted of 5 main components: causal factors, contextual factors, intervening factors, strategies and consequences. Also, to validate the desired model of the model, structural equation modeling of the confirmatory factor analysis approach is used. AMOS software was used for this purpose. The results showed confirmation of items and factors in the first and second order confirmatory factor analysis tests, meaning that the factor loads of items and factors were higher than 0.4.
