The aim of this study was to design a model for development of personal social responsibility of professional athletes in Iran. The method of the study was qualitative research based on Grounded theory, and the Strauss-Corbin model was used to identify the phenomenon and collect data through interviews. The research participants were experts and researchers in the field of social responsibility and sport management, and professional coaches and athletes, were selected using snowball sampling method. The data was collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews that continued until theoretical saturation was reached. The validity of the research was confirmed by showing the process of analyzing the interviews to the experts and research reliability in terms of methodology and content, the accuracy of different aspects of research from collection to data analysis, was investigated by asking two experts who had no connection to the research. Findings showed causal factors: social culture, social status, sports privileges, sports philosophy; Underlying factors: ethics, spirituality, organizational support, family-centered, responsibility; Interfering factors: awareness, planning, support, macro limitations; Central phenomenon: participation, empathy, authority, benevolent presence, communication, support for the deprived, environmental support, appreciation. Also strategies: social relations, support, awareness, motivation, validation, planning; Implications also include: athlete brand, health-oriented sport, social improvement and culture building. Implementing the athlete’s social responsibility model and focusing on development of its components, sports managers can influence the athletes participation and subsequently the participation of the society in social activities and achieve the social goals of sports in society. The application of the model is important since knowing the relationships between the factors of the model can give managers and athletes a better understanding and have a more scientific view of the phenomenon in question.

This study aimed to survey of Relationship Implementing green management in sports organizations can change the way we interact with the environment. The purpose of this study is the role of green management on the performance of the Football Federation of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is a descriptive correlation with the structural equation approach. The statistical population of the study included all managers and employees of the Iranian Football Federation, which is 157 people And the sampling method was total that 111 people participated in this study. The results showed that the researcher-made questionnaire used in this study had convergent and divergent validity and its reliability was acceptable and above 0.7 according to the numbers obtained for Cronbach's alpha and also the combined reliability. Also, the results of hypothesis testing showed that all factor loads of indicators are above 0.4 and the factor load of indicators is desirable.Based on the results obtained from the analysis of the research model, it was found that the executive factors of green management have a positive and significant effect on the executive actions of green management. Also, the positive and significant effect of green management executive measures on green management results was confirmed. According to the research findings, it can be acknowledged that the use of green management in the organization, especially in the football federation can have beneficial effects on maintaining the structure of the environment and improve the efficiency of the organization.

The statistical population of the study was swimmers who participated in swimming competitions in Tehran. For this purpose, 230 people (150 girls and 90 boys) were selected by random sampling method. The data gathering tool was Gil et al. Descriptive statistics were used to estimate the frequency of participants. By performing Kolmogorov-Smirnov test (K.S.) for data normalization and subsequent to non-normalization of data distribution, binomial statistical tests, Yu-Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis and Friedman tests to prioritize the motivators of participating participants Has been. The significance level in this study was determined to be <0.05. The study showed that the participation motivation of participants in swimming events in Tehran is desirable, and the level of education is less than the participation of swimmers. It was also shown that motivating factors have been effective factors in the participation of swimmers. The purpose of this research was modeling the mediating effects of Social Responsibility in the relationship between professional ethics of the managers and citizenship civic moral among football clubs' fans in Premier League Football of Iran. The research method is correlational with structural equation approach and applied research, which was conducted as a field study. The statistical population of this research was all the fans of the national football league in 1397, who were present at the stadium to watch their favorite football team matches. Using the sample size formula for an unlimited society, 303 people were selected as samples. Three questionnaires were used to collect information: Eidi and colleagues' professional ethics questionnaire (1395), the researcher-made citizenship ethics questionnaire and Bakhshande social responsibility questionnaire (1391). Collected data were analyzed by inferential methods such as Pearson correlation coefficient, Sobel test and structural equation model. The results of the research showed that there is a significant relationship between professional ethics and its components, and social responsibility and its components with the citizens' ethics of the supporters. Finally, the model of the research indicated that the model and the desired model fit the research variables. According to the results, it seems that social responsibility of the club can act as a mediating variable between the managers' ethics and civil ethics and the citizenship of the fans, and professional ethics, thereby, reveal their effects on the ethics of the citizenry of the fans.

The statistical population of all fans of Persepolis Club and sample size was 395 according to Morgan table. For collecting research data was used from a questionnaire Galbraith's (2010) social responsibility, Oliver's (1993) satisfaction, and a questionnaire from Glenn (2003), Hosseini (1395), Cooper and Suter (2011) were used to measure team performance. The content validity and formality of the questionnaires were confirmed by 10 sports management professors, structural validity through convergent and divergent validity and reliability using Cronbach's alpha and combined reliability. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used with structural equation modeling (SEM) approach. The results were analyzed using SPSS 22 and Smart PLS 3 software. Findings from the research report the direct and positive effects of social responsibility on team performance and fans' satisfaction, as well as the direct and positive effects of satisfaction on team performance. The purpose of this research is to determine the causal relationship between culture and organizational silence with the mediating role of organizational identity in the staff of Alborz Province Youth and Sports Organization. Therefore, the methodology of this work is practical in purpose and correlative in data gathering which is specifically based on structural equation modeling using Smart PLS3 software. The statistical community included all the staff of Head Office of Sport and Youth, Alborz province which was the sample equal to the population of 160 persons. The utilized tools of this research were the organizational silence questionnaires of Vakola and Bouradas (2005), Denison’s organizational culture (2000), and Chenni’s organizational identity (1983); the content and validity of which was accredited by 10 professors of sports management in the field of organizational behavior. To approve the structure validity, the two methods of convergent and divergent validities were employed which particularly included the Average Variance Extracted and Heterotrait- Monotrait Ratio; the validity of the questionnaires was evaluated with a suitable composite reliability method. The findings of this research proves that there is a significant and intense reverse negative relationship between culture and organizational silence; Furthermore, the mediating role of organizational identity was found significant according to which some practical suggestions are noted separately in each section for the intended managers in order to reduce the silence and increase the organizational identity of the staff in a tangible way.

The population of this study sample included individual and team athletes who had continuous exercise for at least 6 months that using variance estimation of 30 prototypes, 301 persons were considered as sample size. Also, the construct validity of the questionnaire was examined using confirmatory factor analysis and the Composit reliability and Cronbach's alpha was used to assess the reliability of the questions which the results of all questionnaires were obtained above 0.7. For data analysis, was used using two spss 22 and LISREL software 8.80. The results showed that the factors of leadership in sports, practices of coaches for applying power and sport commitment can predict and explain 0.55 of changes in satisfaction of athletes.
