The aim of the current research was to present a model of people's behavioral futures in the field of sports after the end of the Corona virus. This work was done by conducting a qualitative research of the grand theory type, which method is exploratory. In this research, it was analyzed through literature review and exploratory interview regarding the presentation of the model, based on the method arising from the data and according to the method of Strauss and Corbin. To conduct the field interview, the statistical community of the research is experts and professors in the fields of sports management, sociology, psychology, who have published at least one research (research article, speech, research plan, authoring and translation of a book) in the field of the research topic. Had reached In order to identify these people, a purposeful sampling method was used. This sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 19 people were selected as a sample. Finally, the categories were determined in the form of 13 categories and 48 conceptual codes and were placed in the heart of the 6 dimensions of the paradigm model. Factors such as individual and managerial factors have an effect on the behavioral consequences of people in the field of sports after the end of the corona disease. For this purpose, strategies have been proposed, and these strategies are affected by background conditions (sports culture before Corona and consumption of sports during Corona) and also by intervening conditions (economic, rules and regulations, and behavior). Implementation of the suggested strategies leads to economic, health and lifestyle consequences.

This research was conducted with the aim of designing a model for empowering managers of Iraqi sports organizations. The present research is exploratory research in terms of its purpose and a fundamental research in terms of its orientation, which has used the strategy of foundational data theory with the paradigmatic (systematic) approach of Strauss and Corbin. To collect research data, 15 in-depth and semi-structured interviews were used with sports management experts in universities and researchers in the field of career empowerment of sports organizations. Participants in the research were selected by purposeful and theoretical sampling. Analysis of the data from the interviews emerged during three stages of open, central and selective coding. The results showed the number of 26 core codes under 12 optional codes in the form of five dimensions of the paradigm model including causal conditions (communications, advertising, administrative system, training, delegation of authority, organizational strategy, economic and creating a sports business), background factors (empowerment of employees, empowerment of managers, strategic policies, strengthening infrastructure and media), intervening factors (creativity, identification of needs, socialization, communication and advertising), strategies (strengthening the organizational brand, financial support, value creation and cultural strengthening) and consequences (marketing, organizational fans, organizational management, Knowledge management, organizational intelligence, social improvement and infrastructure improvement) formed the model of empowering managers of Iraqi sports organizations. The use of this model in sports organizations can lead to the empowerment of their sports and psychological managers; Therefore, it is suggested; Management training against changes based on the fluctuations of the external environment, recognizing and applying the principles of human resource management and learning multiple management skills should be considered for managers before reaching the management position.

Political behavior in the organization is a paradoxical issue, and despite its positive and negative bipolar view, it is an integral part of the organizational life. The purpose of this study is to present a model of political behavior in the strategic decision making of sports managers in the country. Its method has been qualitative and it is exploratory-fundamental in nature. Research data were collected through snowball sampling technique and based on in-depth interviews with 12 physical education elites in university sports (including senior managers of university physical education departments and managers and experts of general directorate of physical education). Data were coded and analyzed based on grounded theory and Charms' constructivist approach. Results of analyzing the qualitative data obtained from the interview, presenting the model of political behavior and decision-making of sports managers in the form of 8 main codes of integration of categories were formed based on the existing relationships between them, based on the political behavior of managers. The conclusion of this study is our reasoning about the positive and negative aspects of political behavior, which is the influencing ability of these factors on the strategic decisions of sports managers. According to many interviewees, the most important positive aspect of the political behavior is also achieving goals in the shortest time with the least cost, and deviating from the goals of the organization is mentioned as a negative factor in the political behavior of sports managers.

The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of the method of conducting quantitative research and the type of Structural Equation Modeling Research (SEM) that was used to construct a conceptual model of research using the method of Grounded Theory (systematic). The statistical population of the study consisted of all the heads of the ministry of sport and football federation, academics and professors of the university, media representatives, managers of football clubs, coaches, players and referees who were qualified (N = 165). This was selected using purposeful sampling method. To collect data, a questionnaire was made through interviews with experts and scholars were prepared. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was obtained by 10 professors and experts and the reliability of the tool was obtained by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 897). In order to examine the factor structure of the questionnaire, exploratory factor analysis was used to identify 18 of the 71 items was leading. Data compiled by confirmatory factor analysis using partial least squares (PLS) were used to assess the validity was confirmed. Considering the significant coefficient values obtained with 95% of confidence in the structural model, all the causal, subjective, interventional, strategy and consequence factors had a significant and positive effect on the pivotal phenomenon of corruption. Only did the relation between causal, subjective, interventional and strategy factors have a significant negative effect on the results.
