The purpose of this study was to present a model of sport responsibility in Iranian volleyball super league players. The research method was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) with exploratory approach. The statistical population was in the qualitative part of the experts and in the quantitative part of the players of the volleyball super league. Statistical sample in the qualitative section of 24 experts by purposive sampling method and in the quantitative section, considering that between 5 to 10 people were needed for each item, so 360 people were selected by stratified random sampling method. The research tool was in the qualitative part of semi-structured interviews. The results of this interview were designed in the form of a questionnaire with 3 main factors and 11 sub-factors. The construct validity of questionnaire was confirmed by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Adequacy of sample size was reported KMO= 0.87 and the indicators of goodness of fit of the model fit the final model to 3 factors of individual, group and organizational responsibility. Sports managers and officials of federations and athletes of the country can use the results of this research to improve, develop and increase the responsibility of athletes and to develop sports, by increasing responsibility and attracting more sports enthusiasts and supporting and positively influencing society is a valuable step to play.

In today's world of instability, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, and despite the low-probability and high-impact surprises that lead to unpredictable changes, Iran’s sport needs managers who can analyze the environment of full of fluctuations by using intrinsic and acquired behaviors, and show the appropriate behavior at the right time and adopt the correct strategies. The purpose of this article is analyzing of the behavior of Iran’s senior sports managers and to fill the gap in our understanding of recognizing the types of behavior among senior managers in selected educational, public, championship and professional sports organizations separately. This was done by a behavioral experiment with actor analysis technique and by a strategic planning simulation tool called MACTOR. Data were collected through the participatory observation; By a purposeful selection, 11 sports management experts and 24 people employed or familiar with the 12 organizations studied in this study participated in this behavioral experiment and completed the actor-actor and actor-objective matrices. Convergence and divergence of actors and objectives were carefully examined with software. It was found that political, guiding and MACTOR supportive behaviors are the predominant behaviors of senior sports managers in Iran. It seems that the managers of sports organizations can make positive changes in their future behavior based on past experiences, but successive changes in these organizations will cause missing this opportunity.

Volunteering is an effective lever to advance the goals of sports organizations. The present study aimed to provide a mapping model of social capital return based on the role of volunteers in sports organizations and using a systematic design of data theory and based on fuzzy cognitive mapping approach. The study population consisted of all sports industry experts, sports managers and officials, university professors and experts in the field of sports. The research samples were selected by snowball sampling method and the required sample size was determined based on theoretical saturation criteria. In-depth and semi-structured interviews with 13 people (achieving theoretical saturation and adequacy) and after identifying the main and sub-indicators in the return of social capital based on the role of sports volunteering to achieve research validity of a combination of continuous and long-term involvement criteria, continuous monitoring Researchers' attention (control) of colleagues, progressive mentality, participation of participants and use of multiple information sources were considered. In order to evaluate the reliability of the research, the agreement method of two coders and the researcher coding were used and based on the knowledge of experts, the relationships between the concepts were drawn in the form of fuzzy cognition maps. Excel, FCMapper and FCM EXPERT software were used to draw fuzzy cognitive maps and calculate the related indicators. Cognitive mapping indicators indicated that human resources, personal development, and financial resource management were the most centralized, respectively; This means that they have the greatest impact on the return on social capital based on the role of sports volunteering.

The aim of the research was to promote a proactive management model in the Ministry of Sports and Youth with an interpretive structural approach. This research is applied in terms of purpose and research data were collected in the field and in a mixed way (qualitative and quantitative). The statistical population was 18 experts in the qualitative section and 65 in the quantitative section, including the directors of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the general directors of sports and youth of the provinces. Due to the limited number of members, the statistical population was equal to the sample. The research tool in the first part was a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 professors of sports management at the university and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test (α = 0.92). Interpretive structural modeling and Mick Mac analysis techniques were used for modeling. The findings showed that there are 10 components and 50 sub-components in the proactive management model of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and the components of the roadmap and management of progress and knowledge, skills and abilities at the infrastructure level and the components of competitiveness development and preparation for Changes were placed at the top of the model. Establishment of knowledge and skills management in the ministry within the framework of the roadmap and written program will play a role in strengthening or creating job development, creativity and innovation and socialization of employees, and the development of competitiveness and change in this organization will be smooth.

(2004), Shaker Ardakani Organizational Citizenship Behavior (2015) and Amir Sheibani (2001) Political Behavior. The results showed, it was found that the variable of jihadi management has a positive and significant effect on organizational virtue. Also, the positive and significant effect of organizational virtue on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational citizenship behavior on employees' political behavior was confirmed. Regarding mediation relations, it was found that organizational virtue mediates the effect of jihadi management on organizational citizenship behavior. Citizenship behavior also plays a mediating role in the relationship between organizational virtue variables and employees' political behavior. However, the effect of mediating the variable of organizational citizenship behavior in the relationship between jihadi management and political behavior of employees was not confirmed.
