The aim of this study was to identify factors influencing beneficiaries’ behavior in the commercializing of sport research with emphasis on sport physiology research. Regarding the purpose of the study, it’s an applied research conducted using both descriptive and analytical methods. The population consisted of all faculty members and doctoral students of sport physiology in public and private universities across the country. 261 individuals participated in this study as the sample. To collect data, a questionnaire constructed by the researcher was used consisting of 50 questions. To determine the content and face validity, the questionnaire was sent to 20 professors of sport physiology who had the experience of commercialization and they confirmed it. Reliability using Cronbach's alpha coefficient in a preliminary study was 0.784 that was acceptable. Findings showed six factors affecting the beneficiaries’ behaviour in commercialization of sport physiology research: financial and administrative infrastructure, researcher’s capabilities, the educational system, research and interactive strategies, personality and culture, and information network.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between leadership style and self-efficacy volleyball coaches in the Premier League this province is done. The study is based on research purpose, and is based on descriptive and correlational. The present study is cross-sectional in terms of standard time.The target population included all male volleyball players participated in league matches province whose number is equal to 96. Random samples of the total count is equal to the 96 people, To collect the data, the leadership styles of coaches (LSS) Chelladurai and Saleh (1980) and self-Scherrer was finally presented with Pearson and multivariate regression analysis were used.The authoritarian leadership style keep main emphasis on the distinction of the authoritarian leader and their followers, these types of leaders make sure to only create a distinct professional relationship. Direct supervision is what they believe to be key in maintaining a successful environment and follower ship. Authoritarian leadership styles often follow the vision of those that are in control, and may not necessarily be compatible with those that are being led. Authoritarian leaders have a focus on efficiency, as other styles, such as a democratic style, may be seen as a hindrance on progress. The survey research hypotheses showed that the leadership style of the Premier League volleyball coaches and efficacy province there is a significant relationship.

The objective of this research was to investigate the variability of causal relationships between social capital, self-esteem, and academic hope in team and individual elite athletes. For this purpose, structural equation analysis method was used. The population of research included all elite sports students, who could win the medal in Iran’s Students Sports Olympiads during the years 2012 to 2016. Among them, 349 elite athletes were selected using proportional stratified sampling method, which 140 of them were active in team sports and 209 of them were active in individual sports. The data were collected using the questionnaires of Mobaraki Social Capital Questionnaire (2005), Rosenberg Self-esteem Questionnaire (1965), and Sohrabi and Samani Academic Hope Scale (2011). The assumed model of the research was analyzed using Imus software for groups of team and individual athletes. According to the results, the team sports group and individual sports group model explain 25% and 41% of the changes in the hope variations, respectively. In team athletes, two components of social trust and social participation had a direct impact on academic hope. However, in the individual athletes group, only the component of social support showed a direct impact on academic hope. Investigating the indirect impacts revealed that only in the team group, self-esteem is not able to mediate the relationship between the components of social capital and academic hope. However, in the individual group, self-esteem mediates the relationship between the components of social support, mutual relations, social cohesion, and academic hope. Finally, the results were explained based on the theoretical principles and previous studies and some recommendations were provided to use its results.

The purpose of this study was to determine the mediator role of work conscience and organizational Cynicism in Relationship Between Psychological Capital And performens Of Ministry of Sport and Youths’ Staff. This research is an applied research method and in terms of data collection method, only correlational studies are used. The research community comprised all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth . the sample size, 273 people were selected by stratified random sampling. Research instruments were psychological capital questionnaires, work conscience, organizational Cynicism performance. To assess the validity of the content of the questionnaires, the opinions of 7 professors in the field were confirmed. The reliability of the questionnaires was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Pearson correlation, regression and SPSS and AMOS software were used for fitting the measurement models derived from structural equation modeling. The results showed that psychological capital had a negative significant effect on organizational Cynicism, psychological capital on work conscience and psychological capital on performance The staff had a significant positive effect. Also, organizational Cynicism had a positive and significant effect on employees 'performance and negative effect of work conscienceon employees' performance . The findings showed that the psychological capital and conscientiousness of work were positively and directly influenced on the performance of the employees, and organizational Cynicism had a negative effect on the performance of the staff . The purpose of this study was to Explanation, the effect of career plateau on intention to quit job with mediating role of burnout in the physical education teachers Kermanshah Province. The methodology was descriptive survey. The population included is an all physical education teachers were working in 1395 in Kermanshah Province, The number of them was 1230. The sample was determined based on Kerejci & Morgan table comprising 320 people and cluster random sampling. The statistical sample consisted of 320 teachers of physical education cluster-randomized sampling method were selected. In order to collecting the data,three standard questionnaires was used, career plateau (Mylymn, 1992),intention to quit job(Kevlar, 1984) and burnout (Mlch- Pines, 2005), The Validity of the questionnaires by using experts was evaluated and for reliability of the questionnaire Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which appears to be highly reliable and desirable to them. was used. To analyze the data, structural equation modeling and path analysis were used by the PLS software. The results showed that career plateau directly impact on quit job physical education teachers. The aim of this study was to investigate The relationship between information seeking behavior and epistemological beliefs in Sports management students using pattern-based information-seeking behavior Wilson. This research was practical-survey and statistical population of the research was students PhD(100) and Masters(1000) sport management studying (2016-17 academic year) in Universities of the country. With Morgan 80 doctoral and 270 master's students as sample stratified sampling method and were randomly selected. The study of epistemological beliefs questionnaire Schumer (1992) and information seeking behavior questionnaire Wilson (2000) was used. Cronbach's alpha test, one-sample t, Pearson, simple linear regression and independent t were used by spss20. The results showed that epistemological beliefs of students in the average level (p=0.001, t=96.12); but information seeking behavior of students is lower than the average (p=0.001, t=69.92). The results showed that there was a significant relationship between information seeking behavior and epistemological beliefs. Also the regression results showed that epistemological beliefs of students of 20 percent ability to predict its information-seeking behavior. The results showed that between information seeking behavior of PhD and master's students there are significant differences, but there was disagreement about epistemological beliefs. Given the importance and role of epistemological beliefs in information seeking behavior, use of information seeking without considering the epistemological beliefs can not be clearly understood. This approach allows a comprehensive analysis and review in accordance with the facts cognitive-information will provide academic researchers, and as a result will help to improve and develop the information system.

The purpose of this study was to develop an organizational agility communication model and competitive intelligence with the mediation of IT in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The present study is a descriptive-correlative and analytical study conducted field experiment. The statistical population of the study was 940 people. Based on the Cochran formula, 273 people were selected for the research sample. In order to achieve the research objectives, organizational agility questionnaire Sharifi and Zhang (1999), Competitive intelligence, Alla Yar (1391) and Information Technology (Fang et al., 2000) were used. To analyze the data collected from Descriptive and inferential statistical methods including confirmatory factor analysis were used with SPSS v.20 and AMOS.V.18 software. The results of the research showed that the organizational agility path to IT, 23% of the value of information technology variance and the two directions of organizational agility and information technology to competitive intelligence, explains 80% of the value of the variance of competitive intelligence. Therefore, the model of competitive intelligence and organizational agility is maintained by maintaining the role of the mediator of information technology. Based on the results of the analysis, the ministry's managers can, in addition to analyzing key information and optimizing strategic decisions, use competitive intelligence as a means of mastering technology. New ways to develop and boost the country's sport.

The aim of current investigation The development of organizational health model based on organizational Virtuousness among youth and sport ministry staff of islamic republic of iran. This research is kind of descriptive- correlation research. and is done by Traversal- Field method by Using questionnaires were collected. Statistical Sample research, including 397 persons youth and sport ministry staff of islamic republic of iran was determined and Statistical sample were selected by Random Sampling. Measurement tools in the study for gathering data was Organizational Virtuousness Cameron questionnaire (2004) and organizational health Hoy and et al. questionnaire (1996) that the content validity of the questionnaires confirmed by 15 Sport Managment professors so questionnaire's reliability was approved respectively, α= 0/864 and α= 0/932 By Cronbach's alpha. Data Using Structural Equation Modeling via Software LISRELwere analyzed. Results the structural model of organizational health based on organizational Virtuousness showed that All questions have a significant effect are the model (P< 0/01). Fitting indicators structural model is a good fitness and organizational health Could have a significant effect on organizational Virtuousness among youth and sport ministry staff (P< 0/01, T= 11/51, β= 0/71).

The main objective of the present study is the investigation relationship between organizational learning capability and organizational agility as well as the role of moderator of employment status on the relationship between organizational learning capability and organizational agility. 260 people from this office were randomly selected from 800 staff by Cluster sampling based on Kerjesi and Morgan’s table and they answered the Spitzer’s organizational agility (2007) and organizational learnability questionnaire of Chiva et al (2007). Content and 2 Validity of this questionnaire was approved by 15 Sport Management Experts. reliability of organizational agility and organizational learning capability questionnaires were calculated by Alpha’s Chronbach coefficient 0.96 and 0.89 respectively.. The overall purpose of the present study was to examine the perceived organizational support with organizational performance through the role of organizational mediation in the staff of the sports and youth departments. The research method was descriptive-analytic and correlation type. The statistical population of this study was the staff of the youth and sport departments of Tehran province. The population of this study was 420 people. According to Morgan's table, the number of statistical samples was 200. Which was analyzed by simple random sampling method. For data collection, the perceived organizational support scales of Eisenberger et al. (1986), Homs Catherine (2012) and organizational performance questionnaire Douglas, Worry and Harker (2000) were used. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Etagen correlation coefficient, Spearman test and structural equation model. It should be noted that in this research SPSS version 22 and Amos software have been distributed abnormally. Also, the results of the Eta coefficient test showed that there is no relationship between demographic variables (age, gender, marital status, educational level and service record) and perceived organizational support, organizational vocation and organizational performance among employees of sport and youth departments of Tehran province. Spearman test results show that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational vocation with organizational performance in the society under study. Also, the results of the intermediate model test showed that the variable between perceived organizational support and organizational performance is considered by considering the role of the mediator of the organizational vocation, is confirmed.
