The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational learning and knowledge management with organizational agility in sport Boards of West Azarbaijan province. The statistical population of the study consisted of 600 managers and staff of sport Boards of West Azarbayejan province. Based on Morgan's table, 234 peoples were randomly selected for research sample. In order to achieve the research goals, The organizational learning questionnaire of Gomez et al. 2005, Knowledge Management questionnaire of Lawson 2003, and organizational agility questionnaire Hasan Jarfi, 2013 were used.. The validity of all three questionnaires was confirmed by 15 experts and their reliability in the preliminary study with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha was 0.91, 0.84 and 0.92, respectively. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as mean, standard deviation, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, single variable regression were used with SPSS20 software. The results of the research showed that there is a significant positive correlation between organizational learning and knowledge management with organizational agility. Also, organizational learning and knowledge management of West Azarbaijan Sport Boards can predict 67% of the organizational agility of West Azarbaijan Sport Boards.

The purpose of this research was to design the model of factor affecting the managers' behavior to confront attacks of terrorist groups in sporting events. Statistical population of this study included all of the faculty members of physical education colleges in sport management field, large, medium and small sports facilities managers, police and security specialists in Iran that their numbers were unclear. On the basis of Cochran formula, 384 persons were randomly selected of research samples. To achieve the research goals, the made researcher questionnaire was used. Validity of questionnaire was confirmed by 20 experts, and its structural validity was confirmed by confirmatory factor analysis. Its reliability was studied in a pilot study with 30 subjects and calculated as 0.79. For data analysis the descriptive statistics and inferential statistics methods, including Kolmogorov- Smirnov, KMO, Bartlet test, exploratory factor analysis with Varimax rotation and confirmed factor analysis by application of AMOS software and SPSS software were used. Research findings showed that there are 8 factors such as information, security, preparation, coordination, technology, management, education and citizenship rights for the model of factor affecting the managers' behavior to confront attacks of terrorist groups in sporting events. Also the achievement model is goodness.

The present study aims at studying the impact of organizational spirituality on improving job performance with intermediate role of ethical leadership among staffs of Sports and Youth Department of Ilam province. Statistical population in this research is staffs of Sports and Youth Department of Ilam province which are 302 people. Sample size consists of 168 people and their questioners were analyzed using Morgan table. Data gathering tools were Miliman et.al’s organizational spirituality (2003); Goodman and Soyantek,s job performance (1999) and Dehagh and Den Hartog’s ethical leadership (2003) standardized questioners. The present research is practical in terms of purpose and it is descriptive Survey in terms of data gathering. Studied model has been analyzed using modeling of structural equations and Lizrel software. Results show that organizational spirituality has significant positive impact on job performance; meanwhile ethical leadership has an intermediate role in this relationship. The purpose of this study was to provide a model of the effect of organizational interaction quality and social acceptance on the loyalty of sport volunteers in the physical educational institutions of higher education universities of the country. This study is descriptive-causal based on the modeling of structural equations that was field-based. The statistical population of this study was volunteer sports students who had worked with their university's physical education department for at least two semesters. According to the head quarter of Physical Education of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, this number was estimated at 10,000. In terms of access, volunteers from 18 selected universities participated in the study. According to Morgan's table, 384 healthy questionnaires were collected by available sampling. Based on the study of theoretical literature and recent research, the research instrument was designed in the form of a questionnaire. For face and content validity, a designed questionnaire was confirmed by nine sports management specialists. Structural validity was performed by exploratory factor analysis using SPSS version 21 software. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for volunteers' loyalty variables, organizational interaction quality and social acceptance were 0.83, 0.82 and 0.71, respectively. The results of the implementation of the model in the software of Amos showed that the effect coefficient of two variables, the quality of organizational interactions and social acceptance on volunteers' loyalty were 0.64 and 0.69 respectively. Understanding, recognizing, educating, supporting volunteers and setting up organizational networks can give them encouragement and loyalty to the sport of the universities.

The purpose of study was to design a model for the physical education teachers’ professional characteristics and competencies. It is a field survey. The population included the whole Tehran physical education teachers whose number total equaled 650 individuals. The sample included 242 participants (both male and female) selected by the cluster random sampling based on Krejcie and Morgan's (1970) table. The instrument to measure the physical education teachers’ competencies was a structured questionnaire which the face and content validity were confirmed by the university experts and professors specialized in the field of education. Moreover, the construct validity was evaluated using AMOS software. The reliability was also assessed by Cronbach's alpha (internal consistency=0.88). Inferential statistics is composed of the one sample t-test, the confirmatory factor analysis, and the structural equation modeling. The results showed that the educational competencies as well as the professional development competencies had the highest value of factor loading. In contrast, the technology competencies had the lowest value of factor loading. In conclusion, the teachers’ positive behaviors in their students and the students’ parents must be maintained and the new technologies in education must be improved.

The general purpose of this research is to explain the relationship between organizational intelligence and ambidexterity staff with the role of mediating of knowledge management process of sports and youth department of chaharmahal and bakhtiari province.The present research is applied in terms of the nature of the correlation type and in terms of the method surveying is collected. The statistical population of this research is the staff of the sports and youth department of chaharmahal and bakhtiari province, which includes 108 people. A sample of 83 people was selected randomly from morgan's table. The instrument of this research is Ambidexterity questionnaire by Janssen (2005), a knowledge management questionnaire by Noaka and Takuchi (1995), and Alberhtan's Intelligence Inventory (2003). In a preliminary study, the reliability of the questionnaires was 0.72, 0.83 and 0.89, respectively, through cronbach's alpha test. Descriptive statistics analysis was used by spss19 software to model the variables of research and analysis of research hypotheses using Smart PLS3 software. The findings show that organizational intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Ambidexterity and knowledge management acts as a mediator variable in relation to organizational intelligence and Ambidexterity. This finding means that the emphasis on organizational intelligence and the process of knowledge management and its observance by organizations can lead to ambidexterity in the organization's staff.

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of coaching behavior on self-efficacy and sportspersonship of female Kabbadi athletes. Statistical population of this research was all athletes, which participated in the semifinal rounds of women's Kabbadi premier leagues in 2017 and census method was used for sampling. The Research instrument was the questionnaire that after confirming validity and reliability, distributed statistical samples. For data analysis, the Pearson correlation coefficient, leaner regression, one way ANOVA and LSD post hoc have been used. Regression analysis showed that positive coaching behaviors increase self-efficacy and sportspersonship while negative coaching behaviors decrease self-efficacy and sportspersonship. In addition, self-efficacy had a positive significant effect on sportspersonship. Based on this research finding, suggested that coaches know the behaviors that athletes considered them as positive or negative and to be aware of the effect of their behaviors on athletes' performance and as they prepare athletes for competitions, coaches to be presented in competitions with readiness

The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the effect of organizational agility on organizational performance with the role of mediator of intellectual capital among employees of sport and youth departments in western provinces of Iran by presenting a model. The research method is descriptive and correlation based on the structural equation model. The statistical population of this study was all employees of sport and youth departments (Kermanshah, Kordestan, Hamedan, Lorestan and Ilam) (453 people), using 284 people who were selected using Krejcie and Morgan tables. For collecting data, three standard questionnaires of Intellectual Capital (Bontis) (1996), organizational agility Sharifi and Zhang (2001) and organizational performance of Yang et al. (2004) were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by the sports management professors and their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha test. The findings showed that organizational agility had a 59% positive and significant effect on organizational performance. Intellectual capital also had a 45% impact on performance as an intermediary variable, and the effect of organizational agility on intellectual capital was reported as 71%, which had the highest effect in the research model. The test results of the research model indices were fit for fit and the research model was confirmed. These findings suggest that, in sports and youth departments, senior managers can achieve better organizational performance by providing the necessary platforms for intellectual development and intellectual capital.

In the present era, sport is one of the most important ways of developing effective educational and ethical and healthy activities among young people, which has expanded considerably. Sports scenes, although based on the rules governing exercise, sometimes damage the athletes due to the lack of ethical behavior and the sense of defeat of the players and the change in the method of combat, although some of the suggestions are that the athletes are happy with the acceptance of the injuries. In some cases, injuries have resulted in spinal cord death or even death of the athlete. Islamic jurisprudence has come to the conclusion that the injured person has been convicted of civil and criminal damages and injuries. And requests compensation for injured athlete. Considering the position of Islamic jurisprudence in promoting ethics and even a significant impact on the status and success of the sport, it is important to consider the moral indicators of Islamic jurisprudence as a strategy for promoting the level of ethical athletics.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of strategic intelligence on organizational change capacity with the role of moderating the legal environment in sports organizations. The method of research was descriptive correlation which was done by field method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all top executives and staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, heads of sport and youth departments of the provinces, heads of sports federations of 150 people. Due to the limited community, sampling method was used for total number of samples and 116 questionnaires were collected. The research tools were three standard Niknejad legal environment questionnaire (1395), artistic strategic intelligence questionnaire (1396) and organizational change capacity questionnaire Jajj (2009) which was used after validity and reliability verification. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, percentage, frequency and tables using Spss V23 software. For statistical inference, the data were analyzed by structural equation modeling using IBM Amos 23 software in two parts of the measurement model and structural part. . The results showed that strategic intelligence has a significant effect on organizational change capacity in sport organizations (p = 0.01). The role of moderating the legal environment in the impact of strategic intelligence on organizational change capacity was also meaningful, and the model derived from the legal environment, strategic impact, and organizational change capacity were adequate. Attention to the strategic intelligence of managers and the preparation of an appropriate legal environment will increase the capacity of organizational change.
