Why do violence, aggression and destruction of public property occur in sports? What are some ways to control this type of behavior? These are some of the most important questions for researchers and policymakers in the field of sports. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to design a model for the prevention of vandalism and hooliganism in sports. The method of the present research is qualitative and data theory of the foundation of Strauss and Corbin (2008) method. The statistical population of this study included three sections: sports managers and experts, coaches, referees and athletes at the level of elite and spectators, and sampling was done theoretically. The criterion for selecting the sample was knowledge of the research topic. In this study, 22 people were interviewed. In-depth purposeful interviews were used to collect data. Finally, the data were analyzed through three coding steps and the final model was developed. In this paradigm model, the concepts of "violence" and "aggression" were identified as central phenomena. Then 28 main categories related to these concepts in the form of effective causal conditions (11 categories), contextual conditions (3 categories), mediating conditions that facilitate or accelerate the interaction of these three parts (5 categories), necessary strategies (7 categories), and Consequences (2 categories) were introduced.

The purpose of this descriptive-analytical study, which was conducted in the field, was to investigate the mediating role of coach's humor in relation to the transformational (inspiring) leadership of coaches and the motivation of elite athletes to achieve sports. The statistical population of the study included all athletes of men's and women's sports teams in Khorasan Razavi province present in the country's premier leagues in 1399 with a total of 268 people, which was a simple random number of 158 people using Morgan and Krejcie table formula as a statistical sample. They were selected and answered the standard questionnaires of Ismaili Sports Motivation (2014), Transformational Leadership of Bass and Olivier (2000) and Tenderness of Martin et al. (1988). The content and face validity of the questionnaires were confirmed by the professors of sports management. Also, the reliability of the instrument was confirmed by using Cronbach's alpha test. Structural equation method and Smart PLS software version 2 were used to analyze the data and examine the relationships between the variables. Findings showed that transformational (inspiring) leadership and coaches 'humor have a significant effect on athletes' athletic achievement motivation. Humor also plays a mediating role in the impact of transformational leadership on athletes' athletic development motivation. According to the findings, coaches can become transformational leaders who inspire athletes and lead them to higher levels of success.

Exercise performance is a complex trait that is influenced by physical and psychological factors. The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship between indicators of developing positive organizational behavior and improving the performance of the country's elite footballers. The present study was applied research in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of data retrieval and descriptive-correlation analysis in terms of data collection. The statistical population of the study includes all footballers working in the Premier Football League and national teams in 1399 equal to 736 people. The sample size was determined using Morgan and Krejcie table of 256 people who were selected by simple random sampling. Data were collected through a 45-item researcher-made questionnaire of indicators affecting positive organizational behavior and a 22-item questionnaire to improve the performance of athletes on a 5-point Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods with the help of SPSS software version 21 and LISREL version 8.8. The structural equation test showed that there is a causal relationship between the indicators of developing positive organizational behavior and improving the performance of the country's elite footballers. This finding can be considered by federation officials, clubs and coaches to improve the performance of footballers through the development of positive organizational behavior.

The aim of this paper is investigating the effect of NLP on job motivation and job performance. The physical education teachers of Mashhad , constitute statistical society of the research who were 1300 and 100 of them were chosen by cluster sampling. At first, the subjects were evaluated through the job motivation questioner of Basher and et al and Kenvy's job performance then were trained under nervous – verbal planning for 20 sessions. After that job motivation and job performance tests were taken from the subjects and the results were compared. Also job motivation's role was reviewed as a mediator variable with the job performance. The data was analyzed by K_S, T test, covariance analysis and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results showed that teaching NLP is proved on job motivation and job performance significantly. Also, the job motivation and job performance have positive correlation. According to the results and due to the significant effect of teaching nervous – verbal planning on job motivation and job performance , the field of teacher's performance improvement must be provided and create useful effect in development of sports and physical education.
