Soccer is a sport that has been played for more than 2000 years and is widely recognized as the most popular sport in the world. The importance of football in modern society cannot be overstated. Soccer has become a cultural touchstone, a source of national pride, and a way for people to come together and celebrate their shared interests. Soccer is much more than a sport. It is a symbol of community, friendship and unity... social development and on the other hand football is a social activity that brings people together and this has a positive effect on the development of societies. This sport can help create a sense of belonging and strengthen the spirit of the community. It can also help promote intercultural understanding and provide a platform for people from different backgrounds to interact with each other. The current research was carried out with the aim of compiling Iran's football scenarios in the social field in the horizon of 1410. In order to conduct this practical, qualitative and prospective research, the scenario-based planning method including the seven stages of Schwartz was used. In this regard, based on previous studies, 16 experts were selected and included in the research using the snowball method. The position and effects of the main effective factors in the social field of football in Iran were obtained based on the research literature and the opinions of experts, which included 32 factors, and then with the opinions of experts, some of them were changed and two were removed, and finally 23 The factor is obtained. Then, based on the questionnaire provided with these factors and experts' opinions, the most important driving forces were obtained with prioritization based on importance, which included 5 items.

The purpose of the current research is to the attitude of the professors of different trends in the field of physical education towards virtual education. In terms of practical purpose, the present research is exploratory (qualitative) in terms of the importance of the problem with the approach of data theory of Charms Foundation. The statistical population of the research includes professors of various sports disciplines. According to the use the of database method and conducting interviews to collect data, sampling was done in a targeted manner and the method of sample selection was in the targeted sampling technique of snowball/network type. The data collection tool of this research was an unstructured in-depth interview in the field of the attitude of the professors toward different trends in the field of physical education towards virtual education. The results obtained from the analysis of the interviews in the theoretical coding section showed that the views of the professors on different trends in the field of physical education towards virtual education include two parts of the disadvantages of online education, which include the problems of holding physical education lessons in virtual space, the lack of supervision and concentration. Concerns in virtual education, the lack of proper communication between professors and students, the coverage of virtual classes, economic issues, the weakness of software and hardware technology, and the merits of virtual education, which includes the benefits of information technology in virtual education and the superior characteristics of virtual education.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the extent of social media use with the individual's attitude towards her body image in physical education students of Tehran University of Science and Research, taking into account the mediating role of moral values and intellectual capital. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation type based on structural equations and the statistical population included physical education students of Tehran University of Science and Research in the undergraduate and graduate levels in the number of 340 people. The sample size was determined according to the structural equation modeling approach, the number of 5 to 10 subjects for each question and the condition of at least 100 subjects (Gursuch's proposal) and finally 181 people, and stratified random sampling was done. The measurement tool was a standardized questionnaire with 22 questions and acceptable reliability. For data analysis, structural equation modeling was used by partial least squares method with the help of SPSS26 and PLS Smart 3.0 statistical software.The results showed that moral values and intellectual capital have a mediating role in the relationship between the amount of social network use and the attitude towards body image. Therefore, physical education students of Tehran University of Science and Research can, by implementing programs related to the principled and appropriate use of social networks, their current and future personal growth and development and the formation of a constructive and effective attitude towards their body image and respect for moral values and preservation These values should be used to achieve a desirable level of individual and social performance.

The aim of this study was determination of the Relationships of personality treaties and change management with mediator’s role of strategic thinking on sport facility managers in Tehran. Statistical population was whole of sport facility managers. Based on Cochran’s formula sample comprise 384 sport facility managers. In order to collection data Short - scale questionnaire BIG-five dimensions of personality, Change management questionnaire, and strategic thinking questionnaire were use. Descriptive statistics, multiple regression and SEM for data analysis were use. Data analysis revealed that there are a significant relationship between personality treaties with strategic thinking and change management in s sport facility managers (p < 0.05). Also there is a significant relationship between strategic thinking and change management (p < 0.05). Results of SEM showed that personality treaties has direct effect on strategic thinking (pc=0.50) and change management (pc=0.62). Also strategic think has direct effect on change management (pc=0.51). According to result, can be concluded that personality treaties of sport managers with strategic thinking can cause favorable changes in sport Facilities. Therefore it is recommended that sport managers focus on systems thinking and Agreeableness as the most important factors affecting the change management.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cultural capital dimensions on job vacancies of employees of sport and youth departments of the country with regard to perceived organizational noise. 3 main constituents studied in this research: Perceived organizational gesture, job vacancies & cultural capital. The present study was the nature and in terms of method, correlation. The statistical population of this study includes the employees of ministry of sport and youth. according to the Cochran formula was equal to 256 people. For data collection, field observation and questionnaire were used. Cronbach's alpha coefficient of the research variables was more than 0.7, so the reliability is confirmed. Research findings indicate that cultural capital has no significant effect on job vacancies Pearson's correlation coefficient is -0.607.It was also found that organizational loophole has an impact on job vacancies With correlation coefficient of 0.652, while it also plays the role of a mediating variable between cultural capital variables and job vacancies. Therefore, cultural capital has an indirect effect on job leave. The data fit to the model and all the indicators indicate the utility of the structural equation model. Hence, the selection of individuals By managers tailor-made to the job And prevent people from leaving the job by creating safe conditions for the individual by preventing the occurrence of anomie in the organization.

Abstract . The research method was descriptive-correlational. The statistical population of the study was all staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth at 800 people. 243 people were selected randomly as a sample. Measurement tool was Maslow Professional Burnout Questionnaire (1981), Spillage and Holt Organizational Bullying (2001), and Amrollahi and Associates Freedom of Speech (1396). The face and content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 11 experts and the confirmatory factor analysis was used to confirm the validity of their constructs. The reliability of the questionnaires was also determined by a pilot study on 30 members of the community and by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. Kolmogrov-Smirnov tests, one-sample t-test using Spss V23 and structural equation modeling using Amos version 23. The results of the research showed a positive and significant correlation between perceived organizational bullying and burnout (r = 0.57) and a reverse and significant relationship between perceived organizational bullying and expression (r = -0.42), and between freedom of speech and There is a burnout (r = -0.34) (Sig = 0.01). The results also showed that the variable of freedom of expression in the relationship between perceived organizational bullying and burnout has a significant mediator role. Attention to factors causing organizational bullying and freedom of expression can be effective in reducing the burnout of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

The overall purpose of the present study was to examine the perceived organizational support with organizational performance through the role of organizational mediation in the staff of the sports and youth departments. The research method was descriptive-analytic and correlation type. The statistical population of this study was the staff of the youth and sport departments of Tehran province. The population of this study was 420 people. According to Morgan's table, the number of statistical samples was 200. Which was analyzed by simple random sampling method. For data collection, the perceived organizational support scales of Eisenberger et al. (1986), Homs Catherine (2012) and organizational performance questionnaire Douglas, Worry and Harker (2000) were used. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Etagen correlation coefficient, Spearman test and structural equation model. It should be noted that in this research SPSS version 22 and Amos software have been distributed abnormally. Also, the results of the Eta coefficient test showed that there is no relationship between demographic variables (age, gender, marital status, educational level and service record) and perceived organizational support, organizational vocation and organizational performance among employees of sport and youth departments of Tehran province. Spearman test results show that there is a relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational vocation with organizational performance in the society under study. Also, the results of the intermediate model test showed that the variable between perceived organizational support and organizational performance is considered by considering the role of the mediator of the organizational vocation, is confirmed.
