The research method is descriptive-correlational which has been done in the field. The statistical population of the study consisted of all managers and employees of sports and youth departments of Sistan and Baluchestan province with 1300 people. The sample size was selected by placing the population size in the Cochran's formula of 296 people using random sampling method. The instruments used in the study were Bass and Olivier (2000) Transformational Leadership Questionnaire, Robbins and Coulter (1996) Organizational Entrepreneurship Questionnaire and Sternberg-Wagner (1998) Thinking Style Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 10 experts and their reliability was calculated in a preliminary test with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha for the Transformational Leadership Questionnaire (0.80), Organizational Entrepreneurship (0.82) and Thinking Style (0.74). Pearson correlation coefficient and statistical regression with SPSS software version 22 were used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between managers' transformational leadership style and thinking style and entrepreneurial goal of Sistan and Baluchestan sports and youth employees. The results also showed that there is a significant relationship between employees 'thinking style and employees' entrepreneurial goal. Therefore, it is recommended to use new leadership styles such as transformational leadership in sports and youth departments to create entrepreneurship in employees and create creative thinking in them.

The purpose of this study was developing a relationship model of destructive leadership with professional ethics and its components among physical education teachers. Methodology was descriptive-correlational that it applied by Structural Equation Modeling. The statistical population of the study was all physical education teachers’ in Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province that 243 people were selected through random sampling. For collecting data, destructive leadership and professional ethics questionnaires were used. Questionnaires Validity was confirmed by 12 sport management professors and their reliability coefficients were found through Cronbach's alpha to be 0/94, 0/97 respectively. Data the analyzed by using SPSS26 and Smart PLS3 software by structural equation method. the results showed that destructive leadership had a negative effect on professional ethics. Also, destructive leadership had an indirect negative effect on all components of the professional ethics of physical education teachers. According to the results this research, the presence of Destructive behavior of leaders will decrease professional ethics among physical education teachers. The purpose of this study is to Presenting a paradigm model for the development of ethical behaviors of the Yar organization in the country's sports. This research has a qualitative approach and the method of fundamental data theory has been used as a research method. Data collection methods are the study of theoretical foundations and in-depth and open interviews with 16 prominent professors in the field of sports management who specialize in the field of ethical behavior. The sampling method continued purposefully by standard and to the extent of theoretical saturation. The validity of this study was evaluated and confirmed by the interviewees and then the expert professors. Reliability was also achieved by using the process audit study method of the results of 70.3%. To analyze the data, continuous comparison method has been used during three stages of open, central and selective coding. The research results showed that the strategic factor of the model is to create a charter of ethical behaviors to improve the development indicators of ethical behaviors of Yar organization in the country's sports. An organization was considered. Consequences whose manifestation means the emergence of the phenomenon of improving the indicators of development of the ethical behaviors of Yar Organization in the country's sports. Utilizing the identified strategies in order to develop the ethical behaviors of Yar Organization in the country's sports is fully understood.

The occurrence of corruption in sports is not a new phenomenon. However, in recent years, corruption in sports has taken on a complex and multifaceted form. It is no longer acceptable to consider isolated individuals or limited organizations as the main perpetrators of corrupt activities, because corruption has found a systemic character. And corrupt behaviors are usually carried out through a network that helps to hide the path of corruption. The purpose of this study is to analyze network corruption in sports. The research population is 18 university professors who have a history of research and study in the field of corruption. The factors of this research have been identified by reviewing the theoretical literature and research background (12 indicators). Multi-criteria decision making method including Fuzzy Delphi was used to analyze the data. Based on the findings of the present study, The highest consensus of experts on network corruption was assigned to the index of "diversity of skills and expertise of members" and the lowest was assigned to the criterion of "monopoly".

The aim of this study was to design a model for the effectiveness of strategic thinking in the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The present research is based on data search, of mixed or qualitative type (qualitative and quantitative) and is in the field of correlation studies in terms of subject matter and in the field of applied research in terms of purpose; Also in terms of nature, method and control of variables is a descriptive research. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative part included all experts in the field of sports and in the quantitative part included all managers and employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. Qualitative sampling was performed in a targeted manner and snowball technique and interviews were continued until theoretical saturation was achieved (16 people). In the quantitative part, the sample size was calculated based on Morgan table at least 233 people who were selected by stratified random sampling. In the qualitative phase of the research, semi-structured interviews with experts were used to collect data, and in the quantitative phase, a researcher-made questionnaire based on qualitative phase data and interview analysis was performed using the three-stage Delphi fuzzy analysis method. used. Its reliability was confirmed by performing an experiment on 30 members of the research community and calculating the Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To analyze the data at the level of descriptive statistics from the table of frequency and frequency and at the level of inferential statistics in the qualitative part of the grounded theory technique and fuzzy Delphi method and in the quantitative part of exploratory factor analysis tests, Friedman ranking test and structural equation modeling Statistical software SPSS version 23 and Smart PLS 3 were performed. The results showed that there are a total of 65 components as indicators of strategic thinking in the Ministry of Sports and Youth, which can be reduced to 12 factors. Also, the findings showed that there is a significant difference between the factors affecting strategic thinking in the Ministry of Sports and Youth from the perspective of research samples. Finally, the model of factors affecting strategic thinking in the Ministry of Sports and Youth was designed based on the above 12 factors and its fit was confirmed by Q2, SRMR, NFI and Chi Squre indices.
