The purpose of this study was to design a comprehensive model for human resource management with an entrepreneurial approach. The method of the present study was mixed research. In this research, the foundation data method was used in the qualitative section. The statistical population of this research was senior managers of sports organizations, including managers of sports and youth departments and sports teams of Lorestan province. The number of statistical samples in the qualitative part was selected based on the purposeful method and 20 people and in the quantitative part the statistical sample included 289 people. Data collection tools included a semi-structured interview and a closed questionnaire. In order to analyze the qualitative data, coding was used as open, axial and selective coding and in a quantitative part, structural equation modeling was used. The results showed that the causal conditions include the attitude and responsibility of sports organizations to entrepreneurship; Entrepreneurial resource management is a central phenomenon; Strategies Having individual and organizational strategies; Interfering conditions for having an administrative and management system; Underlying conditions are the development and encouragement of entrepreneurship and the consequences are individual and organizational development. The final model of this research can be considered as a guide and model in the field of human resource management in sports organizations by sports managers.

Study the effect of feedback-seeking behavior on job creativity with the mediating role of job thriving in employees of sports and youth departments in Golestan province was main purpose of this research. This research is applied and is in the category of correlational research. All employees of sports and youth departments of Golestan province (228 people) were the statistical population of this research, and the whole population was selected as a sample. The research tools included standard questionnaires of Feedback-Seeking Behavior (Moss et al., 2003), Job Thriving (Purath et al., 2012) and Job creativity (Zhou and George, 2001). Face and content validity were used to check the validity of the questionnaires. The reliability of the questionnaires was checked by Cronbach's alpha and the values of 0.79, 0.82 and 0.81 were calculated for the variables of feedback-seeking behavior, job thriving and job creativity, respectively. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive (mean and standard deviation) and inferential (structural equation modeling) statistics. The results showed a positive and significant effect of feedback seeking behavior on employees' job thriving (β=0.793, t=22.582). The results also showed that feedback seeking behavior has a positive and significant effect on employees' job creativity (β=0.321, t=4.196). Findings showed a positive and significant effect of job thriving on job creativity of employees of sports and youth departments (β=0.476, t=6.207). Finally, the results showed that the effect of feedback seeking behavior on job creativity of employees of sports and youth departments with a mediating role of job thriving is positive and significant (β=0.403, t=5.963). Based on the results, it can be concluded that employees' feedback seeking behavior can have positive consequences such as job thriving and job creativity for them.

The aim of this study was to identify the role of social capital, knowledge management and innovation on the development of sports capital goods market in the country. This was a descriptive-correlation research and used survey to collect information. The statistical population of the study consisted of users of sports capital goods, which was considered as an unlimited community, and 384 people were randomly selected as the sample. Data collection tools were four questionnaires; Social capital, knowledge management, organizational innovation, and the development of the sports capital goods market which were designed by the course method. The results of structural equation model based on path analysis test showed that the variables of social capital, knowledge management, and organizational innovation have a positive and significant effect on the development of sports capital goods market and the model drawn in this regard is of good quality (GOF=0.592). In addition, according to the impact factor of each variable, the organizational innovation factor has the most role (β = 6.916) and knowledge management has the least role (β = 6.189) in predicting the development behavior of sports capital goods market (R2=0.479). Research and skill development centers should be made in order to facilitate the functioning of work force in sports capital goods marke.

The census sampling method was used and the sample size was 168 people. Data collection tools were the standard questionnaires of Spinval Total Quality Management (2001), Podsakov's Organizational Citizenship Behavior (2000) and Niehoff & Moorman's Organizational Justice (1993), their validity was confirmed by professors, and the reliability of the questionnaires was obtained using Cronbach's alpha method. From descriptive and inferential statistical methods with SPSS software and the laser were used. In the descriptive statistics, the frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and in the inferential statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, correlation coefficient and structural modeling were used. The results in the final model showed that the impact of Total Quality Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior is equal to 65%, the impact of Total Quality Management on Organizational Justice was 94% and the indirect impact of Total Quality Management on Organizational Citizenship Behavior was 36% with the mediation of Organizational Justice, all relationships were significant at the 0.05 level. The purpose of this research is to design a model of causal relationships between political behavior with job performance and the role of ethical leadership and social exchange perceptions as mediators in employees of sport organizations. The present research is correlational with structural equation modeling approach, which has been done in a survey form. The statistical population was employees of sports organizations in the northwest of the country(699). By the Cochran's formula, the statistical sample size with an error rate of 0.05 and by stratified random samplying was 248 people. Four questionnaire were ued for measuring variables.Validity and reliability of instruments reported successful. The results showed political behavior with job performance (t.value= 9.01, effect coefficient= 0.36); Ethical leadership (t. value = 32.78, effect coefficient = 0.71) and perceptions of social exchange (t. value = 29.04, effect coefficient= 0.67) have a positive and significant relationship. Also, the results of Sobel test showed that the variable of political behavior through moral leadership as well as perceptions of social exchange has a significant relationship with job performance and both variables were confirmed as mediators. Due to the importance of political behavior and its undeniable nature in sports organizations, managers should act in a way that by ethical leadership and creating perceptions of social exchange among employees to guide their job performance in a desirable way.

The development of entrepreneurship in sports federations can lead to the creation of sustainable revenue streams, increased innovation, and improved competitiveness in sports markets. Additionally, entrepreneurship attracts talent, enhances service quality, and strengthens international connections in this field, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of the federation. This research is applied in nature and quantitative in method. The statistical population of this study includes experts and specialists with sufficient experience and knowledge in sports management, sports entrepreneurship, and sports policy-making. These individuals include managers of sports federations (president, secretary, vice president, board members, committee heads), university professors, and researchers in the field of sports entrepreneurship. A purposive sampling method was used to select the sample. The number of samples was determined based on information saturation, and 18 individuals were chosen as the research sample. Initially, through a review of the literature and study of credible sources, key indicators and factors related to entrepreneurship in sports federations were identified. These indicators were then presented to the experts in a semi-structured questionnaire to gather their opinions on the importance and priority of these indicators. Subsequently, a questionnaire aimed at determining the relationships between the identified factors was designed and presented to the experts. In this questionnaire, the experts evaluated and determined the extent of influence and dependence of each factor on the others. The results of this stage were used as the primary data for interpretive structural modeling. The MICMAC software was used to analyze the collected data. Based on the results, economic and financial factors, infrastructural and technological factors, cultural and social factors, environmental and legal factors, and managerial and organizational factors play a role in establishing an entrepreneurial sports federation..
