The aim of the present study is to investigate the effect of Alexithymia on aggression in high school students with the moderating role of e-sports and providing a model of this relationship. This research is a descriptive survey in terms of strategy and hypothesis of this study are casual. standard questionnaires have been used during data gathering phase of study, including the Toronto Alexithymia Scale, the Bass Et al. Aggression Scale, and the e-Sports Scale. The construct validity of the questionnaires was analyzed by, first and second order confirmatory factor analysis method, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for assessing reliability was above 0.7, which indicates the significant and acceptable reliability of the questionnaires. The statistical population of the study includes all male students in District 2 of Mashhad. A sample of 400 students was selected in order to data analyze. Data analyze was done by SPSS software version 25, for descriptive statistics in first section of study, and in the structural equations section, Smart PLS software version 3 was used to design the research model. According to the results, the SRMR fit is lower than 0.08 and therefore the structural model of the research has a good fit. From the research findings, it can be stated that students often face various psychological problems due to their age and special sensitivities of adolescence, including uncontrolled anger, and emotions caused by school and school. And they are more likely to experience unpleasant issues such as social aggression. This research was applied in terms of nature and descriptive-analytical in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method, in terms of field-library data collection, in terms of how the research was conducted. The statistical population of the study was the staff of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth of East Azerbaijan Province. The statistical sample-based on Morgan table was 178 people who were selected by simple random sampling. The measurement Instrument in this study was the Allen & Meyer's organizational commitment questionnaire (1990), the A tendency to leave the organization Flint (2013), Victor and Cullen ethical climate (2013), and the organizational identity of Ashforth and Mael (1992). Its face and content validity were confirmed by 10 sports management specialists; The reliability of the organizational identity questionnaires, ethical climate, turnover intention and organizational commitment were obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89, 0.87 0.92 and 0,88 respectively. For data analysis in the descriptive statistics section of the average and standard deviation by SPSS software 24, and in the inferential statistics section, structural equations were used to evaluate the causal relationships between variables using Lisrel Version 3 software. Findings showed that ethical climate has an effect on organizational commitment and organizational identity and there is a positive and significant relationship but its effect on the turnover intention of the service was not confirmed. Therefore, managers of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth should identify the factors affecting the moral climate in order to increase organizational identity and organizational commitment and reduce the turnover intention of the service.

The results showed that the researcher-made questionnaire used in this study had convergent and divergent validity and its reliability was acceptable and above 0.7 according to the numbers obtained for Cronbach's alpha and also the combined reliability. Also, the results of hypothesis testing showed that all factor loads of indicators are above 0.4 and the factor load of indicators is desirable.Based on the results obtained from the analysis of the research model, it was found that the executive factors of green management have a positive and significant effect on the executive actions of green management. Also, the positive and significant effect of green management executive measures on green management results was confirmed. According to the research findings, it can be acknowledged that the use of green management in the organization, especially in the football federation can have beneficial effects on maintaining the structure of the environment and improve the efficiency of the organization.

The overall purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between event quality, event satisfaction and loyalty to the event in sports spectators. The present study was a descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of this study consisted of all spectators of sports competitions in Tehran province, which due to the uncertainty of their number, according to Morgan table for an unlimited statistical population, the sample size was 384 people and was considered as a simple random. In this study, event quality questionnaire, event satisfaction questionnaire and event loyalty questionnaire were used. Descriptive statistics, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, confirmatory factor analysis, Pearson correlation coefficient and stepwise regression were used to analyze the data. The results showed that between the quality of the event (r = 0.426, p = 0.001), the quality of the physical environment (r = 0.240, p = 0.001), the quality of the interaction (r = 0.185, p = 0.001), The quality of the result (r = 0.550, p = 0.001) has a significant positive relationship with the satisfaction of the event in the spectators of sports competitions in Tehran province. Also, between the quality of the event (r = 0.331, p = 0.001), the quality of the physical environment (r = 0.240, p = 0.001), the quality of the interaction And the quality of the result (r = 0.236, p = 0.001) has a significant positive relationship with loyalty to the event in the spectators of sports competitions in Tehran province. In addition, the quality of the outcome was a significant predictor of event satisfaction, and the quality of the interaction and the quality of the outcome were significant predictors of loyalty to the event.
