The aim of this study was to identify the role of social capital, knowledge management and innovation on the development of sports capital goods market in the country. This was a descriptive-correlation research and used survey to collect information. The statistical population of the study consisted of users of sports capital goods, which was considered as an unlimited community, and 384 people were randomly selected as the sample. Data collection tools were four questionnaires; Social capital, knowledge management, organizational innovation, and the development of the sports capital goods market which were designed by the course method. The results of structural equation model based on path analysis test showed that the variables of social capital, knowledge management, and organizational innovation have a positive and significant effect on the development of sports capital goods market and the model drawn in this regard is of good quality (GOF=0.592). In addition, according to the impact factor of each variable, the organizational innovation factor has the most role (β = 6.916) and knowledge management has the least role (β = 6.189) in predicting the development behavior of sports capital goods market (R2=0.479). Research and skill development centers should be made in order to facilitate the functioning of work force in sports capital goods marke.

The purpose of this research was to explain the role of the volunteer movement, especially sports volunteers, in the development of the social capital of the Red Crescent population. This research in terms of type is practical and the qualitative method was used to achieve the research objective. The statistical population of the research consisted of 21executive principals and professional experts. Sampling was done purposefully through the snowball method and continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Data collection was done using semi-structural interview. After summarizing the data, through the thematic analysis(TA) method, the data was coded. It was obtained from 70 primary codes by thematic method and classification of codes and extraction of concepts, patterns or main themes. Finally, according to the results, it can be stated that the social capital of the Red Crescent population has five important components, including The volunteer movement, the organizational structure, organizational culture and attitude, social identity and international essence. Considering the important role of Manpower in this organization, it can be said that the volunteer movement is the result of the other components of the social capital of the Red Crescent community. parameters. The research method was exploratory mixed (qualitative-quantitative). Statistical sample of research in qualitative part (purposive sampling) to theoretical saturation of data consisted of 21 top level coaches, basketball experts and talent specialists and in quantitative section (random) 242 international basketball coaches ( FIBA (n = 7), Grade 1 (n = 60) and Grade 2 (n = 175), respectively. In-depth interviews and researcher-made questionnaires were used for data collection. The validity and reliability of the interviews and questionnaires were evaluated and verified using expert opinion, two coders' agreement, convergent validity, Cronbach's alpha, and hybrid reliability. Coding and categorization were used to draw conclusions about the content of the interviews. As a result of the initial analysis of the interviews, 10 categories, 30 subcategories and 101 key concepts were extracted from the transcripts through open coding of the interviews and finally resulted in a conceptual model with 9 categories and 33 subcategories. Testing of talent parameters in basketball derived from interview analysis using second-order confirmatory factor analysis showed physiological (β = 0.79) and psychological (β = 0.49) parameters. Also, the conceptual model test using structural equation modeling showed that among the constructs derived from the qualitative sector in terms of culture (β = 0.35, P = 0.01), talent centers (β = 0.23). , P = 0.02, economic status (β = 0.22, P = 0.02), and management (P = 0.03, β = 0.13) had the greatest role in talent scoring in basketball.

This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied targeting strategy and its method and explanatory based on future research methods. Participants in the study were 20 experts and specialists in the field of sports organizations who were selected by purposive sampling. In order to analyze the information, the approaches of structural analysis and Micmac software and script writing with the help of scripting software have been used. The results of this study show that the human resource talent management and leadership system of the Municipal Sports Organization follows an unstable pattern. Key factors affecting job expectations, skill diversity, job dynamism, professionalism, compensation system, management style, employment style, demographic change, national and regional policies, and information technology fall into four levels. The research tool was a semi-structured interview, which was used to collect data by 36 experts’ viewpoint. Results was a paradigmatic model of the development of teachers that was consisting of causal, pivotal, intervening conditions, strategies and outcomes. Codes mentioned in the first stage of coding are open coding in several concepts such as Charisma and personality traits, professional ethics, cognitive literacy, athletic skill competence, learning environment conditions, and legal competence are obtained. in the second stage of coding, pivotal coding was identified with the Axial coding was identified with the central category of professional maturity and sub-levels such as functional-behavioral, Occupational and lateral. Finally, the results of effective educational strategies at three levels of Specialized, professional and general, causes the professional development of teachers and specifically the establishment of a capable system of teaching and learning sports in the educational environment .

The purpose of this study was to design a model of the role of social exchange in the responsibility of the elite referees of Asian football and football. The statistical population of this study included elite football referees and Asian futsal men in two sections of men and women who were in the 2017 Elite list of Asian referees. With regard to the limited population of the population, sampling was a total of 292 individuals in the study. The research method is descriptive and is a type of structural equation that has been implemented as a field. Data were gathered using social researcher-made questionnaire and accountability questionnaire. In order to analyze the data, descriptive indices, multiple regression analysis and path analysis were used. The results showed that organizational support and social support have a positive and significant effect on the responsibility of referees. On the other hand, social exchange had a positive and significant impact on the social, legal, economic and moral responsibility of referees. Also, the path analysis method of social exchange with positive and significant responsibility (T = -2.5 = 2, PC = 0.26).
