The country's sports managers have reached the highest level of success either through stepwise growth or because of career leaps that they have gained experiences that will never be written. In this research, a special look was made at the tacit knowledge of senior sports managers of the country. Thirteen top sports managers of the country were interviewed in depth. The interview process was carried out deeply and purposefully and then in a snowball fashion. The philosophical orientation of the interpretive research was based on social structuralism and was done by the way of narrative analysis. Coding was done using MAXQDA version 20 software and the research’s reliability was obtained by using MAXQDA software and calculating the Kappa coefficient of 0.81. The results of the research showed that the success factors of the career path of sports managers in the country are the result of technical skills, personal skills, management science skills, political skills, cognitive skills, and spiritual skills.

The purpose of this study designing model of social responsibility of the school sports federation. This study was practical with a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative). The sample in the qualitative section was including informed experts of school sport in the field of academic, executive, and sports. The sampling method was purposeful and due to its unpredictable approach, it proceeded to a point where we reached theoretical saturation. Therefore, 12 interviews were analyzed. In the quantitative section, the statistical society was included board members, experts, managers of students sports federations, Deputies of Physical Education and Health, Heads of offices, the staff and associations school sports and 219 people purposefully were selected as samples. We use MAXQDA software in the qualitative section for analyzing data. Also, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used in the quantitative section for confirming hypotheses that were obtained in the qualitative section. Results show that the qualitative sample create 36 initial codes, 4 Factor(economic, humanitarian, legal, and moral), and 1 axial code( Social responsibility of the Student Sports federation) that they have 422 overall frequency in the context of interviews. Also, hypothesizes that were obtained in the qualitative part were confirmed in the quantitative section. The results of this study will use for policy-making and strategic planning to develop social responsibility among federation staff, stakeholders, teachers, and sports associations, and boards in student sports.

Considering the vastness of the field of sports and its difference from other fields, the awareness of the Minister of Sports and Youth about his roles has a significant impact on the development of sports in the country. Therefore, this research was conducted with the aim of identifying and weighing the roles of the Minister of Sports and Youth. The current research was applied and in terms of the method of data collection, it was of mixed type. A mixed exploratory model (qualitative and quantitative) was used to collect information. The statistical population was all sports management experts in the scientific and executive sectors with at least 10 years of work experience in sports and at least a master's degree. In the qualitative part, sampling was done with a combination of two targeted and snowball methods, and the sample size was determined based on information saturation of 19 people. The research tool was an interview in the qualitative part and an interpretative structured questionnaire based on the identified indicators in the quantitative part. Spss V27, Expert Choice 11 software was used for data analysis. The results showed that the internal and external roles of the Minister of Sports and Youth include the guidance of top sports managers, leadership of sports federations, decision making and policy making, human resources management, financial management and budgeting, management of subsidiaries and Esteghlal and Persepolis clubs. Supervision and implementation of the law, objectives, duties and powers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, management of resources, sports equipment and facilities, international sports relations, leadership of the youth field, scientific and research roles, membership in inter-institutional councils, communication with the Islamic Council, information and Spokesperson and communication with cultural institutions. Also, the highest priority in the roles of the Minister of Sports and Youth was decision-making and policy-making.

Volunteers are one of the most important elements in the success of college sports programs. The aim of this study was to identify the indicators of management of university sports volunteers with emphasis on organizational behavior variables. The research method was descriptive. The study population consisted of 13 faculty members of universities and experts working in sports organizations who were selected by purposive sampling. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect information and data were analyzed systematically. The percentage of agreement within the subject of the interviews was equal to 0.91. Findings showed that the strategies of the organization, maintenance, development and improvement, discovery and evaluation, recruitment and employment as the main indicators are effective in managing the behavior of volunteers in college sports.

The purpose of this study was to Analysis and Model Presentation of the Service Compensation System in Employee Retention that Case Study of the General Directorate of Sport and Youth in Zanjan Province. The research method was of a correlative- descriptive type. The population and statistical sample of the study included all managers, experts and employees of the General Directorate of Sport and Youth in Zanjan Province. Data collection tool was a standard questionnaire whose reliability and validity were confirmed by Cronbach's alpha. The descriptive methods were used to analyze the data, and to determine the effects, was used the structural equation modeling (SEM) through the software PLS & SPSS. The results obtained for the path analysis show that the service compensation system with an intensity of «0.610», salary & wage «0.764», intra-organizational equality «0/824», Extra-organizational equality «0.832», reward «0.854» & insurance and pension «0/794» on the affect employee retention. Also were a significant relationship and positive between all variables of research and staff retention. The general directorate of sport and youth in zanjan province with a proper recognition of the effect of the service compensation system dimensions on the increase employee satisfaction will can provide the means to maintain them at the level organization.

The aim of this study was to present a model of social responsibility of sports celebrities. The method of the present study was an exploratory mix (a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods). In the qualitative stage, through interviews with knowledgeable experts, the types of social responsibility of sports celebrities were identified and categorized in the form of 53 factors and 8 components using the method of content analysis and Delphi technique. In the quantitative stage, the identified factors were adjusted in the form of a five-point Likert questionnaire and 278 people were provided with a statistical sample (sports celebrities). The results of the confirmatory factor analysis test showed that the social responsibility model of sports celebrities including social responsibility, Ethic responsibility, legal responsibility, environmental responsibility, cultural responsibility, economic responsibility and political responsibility were well-fitted. The results of this study showed that according to the fame that sports celebrities have in the community and are a model in a large part of society and have a significant range of social influence, their responsibility in various areas of social, economic, humanitarian, biological Environment, etc. will create very good conditions for society, and society will move towards sustainable development.

The purpose of this research was factor analysis the culture makers in promoting culture of sport in Iran. The research methodology was a exploratory mixed method. In other words, first, using the qualitative method, were identified culture makers and physical activities creators, and conceptual model was created, and then, using quantitative Structural Equation Method, Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach, their role was investigated and analyzed. Data gathering tool was a researcher-made five-point Likert questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by ten sports management experts. The results of the Cronbach's alpha with a value of 0.878 showed that the reliability of the questionnaire was acceptable. The statistical population was the people who played a role in creating a variety of sports activities in Iran. 604 questionnaires were answered (n=604). Data analysis was performed using SPSS22 and Smart-PLS software. The confidence level was 95%. The findings showed that at present, families, friends and social institutions, the medical community, the Ministry of Sport and, the national media, have a significant role in promoting the culture of sport in society. But government executives and politicians, religious leaders and scholars, artists, elite athletes and celebrities are passive in promoting a culture of sports. Regarding the findings, it is necessary for sport managers to identify and implement strategies to use the potential of different cultures to promote sport culture.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support on provided service quality by Sports and Youth offices of Golestan province employees. Statistical population of the study was all employees of Sports and Youth offices of Golestan province (220 persons) that 141employees selected as a statistical sample of research. To collecting data, questionnaires of job satisfaction (Bobbin & Boles, 2004), perceived organizational support (Yavas & Babakus, 2009) and provided service quality (Lasser et al., 2002) were used. To analyze the data and identify the effects of research variables, structural equation modeling was used by Smart PLS software.The findings showed that job satisfaction hasn’t significant impact on offered service quality provided by Sports and Youth offices of Golestan province employees, but effect of perceived organizational support on provided service quality by employees was significant. It is recommended to managers of Sports and Youth offices of Golestan province that by improve employees’ job satisfaction and proper organizational support of them improve the quality of services provided by employees.

This study aimed to investigate the relationship between leadership style and self-efficacy volleyball coaches in the Premier League this province is done. The study is based on research purpose, and is based on descriptive and correlational. The present study is cross-sectional in terms of standard time.The target population included all male volleyball players participated in league matches province whose number is equal to 96. Random samples of the total count is equal to the 96 people, To collect the data, the leadership styles of coaches (LSS) Chelladurai and Saleh (1980) and self-Scherrer was finally presented with Pearson and multivariate regression analysis were used.The authoritarian leadership style keep main emphasis on the distinction of the authoritarian leader and their followers, these types of leaders make sure to only create a distinct professional relationship. Direct supervision is what they believe to be key in maintaining a successful environment and follower ship. Authoritarian leadership styles often follow the vision of those that are in control, and may not necessarily be compatible with those that are being led. Authoritarian leaders have a focus on efficiency, as other styles, such as a democratic style, may be seen as a hindrance on progress. The survey research hypotheses showed that the leadership style of the Premier League volleyball coaches and efficacy province there is a significant relationship.

The aim of this research was to survey relationship spiritual leadership and social capital with psychological capital in Asia Vision League in Fars province. Research method was descriptive-correlation and population of this research includes all of football players presented in Fars, which in this research it was used the total population sampling method. 180 questionnaires were distributed and finally 165 questionnaires were returned and used to analyze statistically. Data analyzed in two levels descriptive statistics (average, correlation coefficient, variance) and inferential statistics (Regression Pearson correlation coefficient). In this research sport management experts ideas used for questionnaires validity and reliability coefficient obtained from Cronbach's alpha method for spiritual leadership obtained 0.89 and for social capital 0.90and for psychological capital 0/088. The results showed that there was significant relationship between spiritual leadership and social capital with psychological capital. Result is that in todays' turbulent environments of sport teams through a series of relatively small and highly focused interventions that coaches want instant feedback on their teams performance results, the nature of social capital development could be helpful.

The aim of this study was the study of status to engage in leisure sports patterns in recreationaltime of family, and were analyzed consumption patterns based on income, number of members,inside and outside of the city and participatory and non-participatory style. The research methodwas descriptive – qualitative.The statistical population were families or citizens of Rasht, thatwere engaged in family sports recreation inside and outside the city. The statistical samplebecause of the research field and aim were selected available to the targeted includes 100families. The research instrument was interview based on open designed questions and then thereceived information adjusted in the check list. To analyze the data descriptive statistics wereused adjusted. The results showed that the average family leisure time sports is 37/33 hours permonth families with a medium of (4 or 5) and the of income level 3-5 million have the largestsports recreation. Sports leisure families are more form non-participatory style (86/19). Patternsof volleyball and mountaineering between other patterns were the largest family time. Recreationwithin the city was higher than the suburban. Approximatly with the increasing number of familymembers and income levels recreation within the city reducted and suburban recreationincreased and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to examine the relation between managers’ source of power and organizational health in physical education offices of Isfahan. Statistical population of research was 420 employees of physical education offices in Isfahan that was 155 employees selected randomly as statistical sample. Two researcher made questionnaires of managers’ source of power and organizational health were used to data collection. Data analysis was done by Pearson Correlation coefficient and multiple regressions. Results showed that there were significant relations between position power and institutional integration, initiate structure and resources support of dimensions of organizational health (P≤0.05); also there were significant relations between personal power and institutional integration, initiate structure, influence and consideration of dimensions of organizational health (P≤0.05).

The present paper aimed at designing the developmental strategy of athletic sports in Kermanshah Province. The statistical population comprised all experts and head managers (85 persons) in different sections of sport bureaus in Kermanshah. A researcher-made questionnaire was used to collect the data, the reliability of which was measured by Cronbach’s alpha as (0.975) and its validity was confirmed by two university professors. The questionnaire included seventy items in order to highlight strengths and weaknesses of athletic sports in Kermanshah province. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, one sample t-test, and Friedman test. Endogenous and exogenous evaluating matrixes were developed and after adjusting factors’ weights, the index numbers for endogenous and exogenous factors were 2.53 and 1.99, respectively. Developing matrix results showed that status of athletic sports in Kermanshah was in the position of release in David’s model and bureau of sports in Kermanshah has to employ these releasing strategies to improve the situation.
