The development of the sports industry, as a crucial factor in achieving the economic, social, and cultural goals of society, holds special importance. This study was conducted with the aim of exploring the future of Iran's sports products industry using a scenario writing approach. The research method was based on futures studies. Additionally, the data collection method for this research was qualitative. The statistical population of the study included all experts and specialists active in the scientific and practical fields of sports. The criteria for conducting interviews in the qualitative section included having at least a doctoral degree in sports management (university faculty members in the field of sports management) or at least 15 years of experience working in sports organizations such as the Ministry of Sports and Youth, sports federations, the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees, and sports and youth departments, or being active in the sports industry, such as in sports equipment production. The quantitative section's statistical population included all sports management professors, importers, sellers, and producers of sports products, and sports organization experts in an unlimited number. In selecting the sample for in-depth interviews in the qualitative section, efforts were made to include both individuals with academic education (faculty members) and those with management and business experience. Sampling was conducted purposefully. After 14 interviews, theoretical saturation was reached, but to ensure accuracy, interviews continued up to 17. The Scenario Wizard software was used for scenario writing. According to the results, factors such as the capability and quality of human resources, continuous and bilateral relationships between universities and the sports industry, the management and structural status of the sports industry, the growth rate of the national economy and international economic status, the position of technology in Iran's sports industry, the cultural and social status related to sports in the country, sports equipment and facilities, Iran's foreign policy status, the level of development of sports diplomacy, the supportive and facilitative environment of sports industry legislation, the level of attraction of domestic and foreign investment in the sports industry, elite and professional sports management, and the tendency towards mass sports were identified as key drivers and enablers for the future development of the sports industry.

The development of entrepreneurship in sports federations can lead to the creation of sustainable revenue streams, increased innovation, and improved competitiveness in sports markets. Additionally, entrepreneurship attracts talent, enhances service quality, and strengthens international connections in this field, ultimately contributing to the growth and sustainability of the federation. This research is applied in nature and quantitative in method. The statistical population of this study includes experts and specialists with sufficient experience and knowledge in sports management, sports entrepreneurship, and sports policy-making. These individuals include managers of sports federations (president, secretary, vice president, board members, committee heads), university professors, and researchers in the field of sports entrepreneurship. A purposive sampling method was used to select the sample. The number of samples was determined based on information saturation, and 18 individuals were chosen as the research sample. Initially, through a review of the literature and study of credible sources, key indicators and factors related to entrepreneurship in sports federations were identified. These indicators were then presented to the experts in a semi-structured questionnaire to gather their opinions on the importance and priority of these indicators. Subsequently, a questionnaire aimed at determining the relationships between the identified factors was designed and presented to the experts. In this questionnaire, the experts evaluated and determined the extent of influence and dependence of each factor on the others. The results of this stage were used as the primary data for interpretive structural modeling. The MICMAC software was used to analyze the collected data. Based on the results, economic and financial factors, infrastructural and technological factors, cultural and social factors, environmental and legal factors, and managerial and organizational factors play a role in establishing an entrepreneurial sports federation..

The aim of this study is to identify the factors affecting the political behavior of managers of sports federations. The research methodology is an applied and descriptive-analytical type that has been done in field form.The statistical population of the study was faculty members and graduate students of various disciplines in the field of sport familiar with the concept of political behavior and managers of sports federations with700 people. Based on Morgan's table, 248 people were randomly selected for research sample.In order to achieve the research goals, a 39-item researcher-made questionnaire was used. Its formal and content validity was confirmed by 17 sports management specialists and its validity was verified and verified by a confirmatory factor analysis.The reliability of the questionnaire was also calculated in a preliminary study with 30 subjects and with Cronbach's alpha of 0.82..To analyze the data, descriptive statistical methods such as Kolmogorov Smirnov, verificatory and exploratory factor analysis with the rotation of Varmix, Friedman and using SPSS software Session 20 were used.The research findings showed that the priorities of communication, behavioral, intelligence, negotiation skills, scientific, managerial and leadership, cognitive and value, and technical-empirical factors were identified and influenced the political behavior of the managers of sports federations, respectively.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of strategic intelligence on organizational change capacity with the role of moderating the legal environment in sports organizations. The method of research was descriptive correlation which was done by field method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all top executives and staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, heads of sport and youth departments of the provinces, heads of sports federations of 150 people. Due to the limited community, sampling method was used for total number of samples and 116 questionnaires were collected. The research tools were three standard Niknejad legal environment questionnaire (1395), artistic strategic intelligence questionnaire (1396) and organizational change capacity questionnaire Jajj (2009) which was used after validity and reliability verification. Data were analyzed by mean, standard deviation, percentage, frequency and tables using Spss V23 software. For statistical inference, the data were analyzed by structural equation modeling using IBM Amos 23 software in two parts of the measurement model and structural part. . The results showed that strategic intelligence has a significant effect on organizational change capacity in sport organizations (p = 0.01). The role of moderating the legal environment in the impact of strategic intelligence on organizational change capacity was also meaningful, and the model derived from the legal environment, strategic impact, and organizational change capacity were adequate. Attention to the strategic intelligence of managers and the preparation of an appropriate legal environment will increase the capacity of organizational change.

The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the regulatory environment on organizational maturity in the Youth and Sports Ministry. To achieve the study objectives using standard questionnaires of organizational maturity Soltani et al. (1389) and the regulatory environment Picnic Race (1394) was used. Confirmed the validity of both questionnaires 8 of the experts and the reliability of them in a pilot study with 30 subjects, respectively, 83/0 and 86/0 respectively. To analyze information collected from descriptive and inferential statistical methods including regression and Pearson correlation coefficient and SPSS and AMOS software was used structural equation with the help of two. Regulatory environment can be positive and significant effect on maturity equal to 216/0 in the organization. Finally, the legal environment in an organization's ability to predict 45% of puberty.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and efficiency of in-service training of physical education teachers. The study population was all 180 physical education teachers in Qazvin. According to Morgan table, 118 individuals were selected randomly as the sample. To achieve the research objectives of job training and job satisfaction questionnaire of Smith, Kendall and Hulin was used. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov - Smirnov, Student's t-test, independent t-test and linear regression models with SPSS software was used. The results showed that the quality of in-service educational courses and job satisfaction of physical education teachers at the intermediate level is desirable (P>0.05). The efficiency of in-service training there is a significant relationship with job satisfaction and quality of physical education teachers in-service training periods of physical education teachers have the ability to predict job satisfaction (P>0.05). Also, the efficiency of the service and the satisfaction of physical education teachers there is no significant difference. So choosing the right kind of in-service courses for teachers can have many advantages such as job satisfaction.

Nowadays, services have focused on clients in more exercise. This includes not only the quality of the steps, but customers are aware of the product includes. The study sample of 1060 clients 321 pools in Tehran, where customers randomly selected at random statistical sample. SERVQUAL scale was used to evaluate variables. All the components of the quality of service (reliability, tangible factors, reliability, responsiveness, empathy) were observed between the pool and customer satisfaction. Empathy had highest correlation with customer satisfaction. Harmonious order, by looking at the customer's environment.
