The purpose of this current research was to compile a model of the relationship between physical literacy and motivation and job enthusiasm of physical education teachers in Iran. The method of the present research is descriptive-correlation of the type of structural equations. The statistical population of the research includes physical education teachers all over Iran in the academic year of 1400-1401 (N=28000).379 tons were considered for random sampling in a cluster-phased manner and based on Morgan's table. In order to achieve the goals of the research, three questionnaires of physical literacy developed by the researcher, Hockman and Oldham's occupational motivation questionnaire (1976) and Utrecht's occupational enthusiasm questionnaire (Shofli and et al, 2002) were used. The face and content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 20 sports management experts. The reliability of the questionnaires in a preliminary study on 30 subjects was obtained as 0.89, 95.5 and 96.5 Cronbach's alpha respectively. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods, structural equation modeling using SPSS and Smart PLS software were used for data analysis. The results of structural equation modeling showed that the model fits well.

parameters. The research method was exploratory mixed (qualitative-quantitative). Statistical sample of research in qualitative part (purposive sampling) to theoretical saturation of data consisted of 21 top level coaches, basketball experts and talent specialists and in quantitative section (random) 242 international basketball coaches ( FIBA (n = 7), Grade 1 (n = 60) and Grade 2 (n = 175), respectively. In-depth interviews and researcher-made questionnaires were used for data collection. The validity and reliability of the interviews and questionnaires were evaluated and verified using expert opinion, two coders' agreement, convergent validity, Cronbach's alpha, and hybrid reliability. Coding and categorization were used to draw conclusions about the content of the interviews. As a result of the initial analysis of the interviews, 10 categories, 30 subcategories and 101 key concepts were extracted from the transcripts through open coding of the interviews and finally resulted in a conceptual model with 9 categories and 33 subcategories. Testing of talent parameters in basketball derived from interview analysis using second-order confirmatory factor analysis showed physiological (β = 0.79) and psychological (β = 0.49) parameters. Also, the conceptual model test using structural equation modeling showed that among the constructs derived from the qualitative sector in terms of culture (β = 0.35, P = 0.01), talent centers (β = 0.23). , P = 0.02, economic status (β = 0.22, P = 0.02), and management (P = 0.03, β = 0.13) had the greatest role in talent scoring in basketball.

The purpose of this study is Analysis of dimensions and components of professional development of physical education teachers based on grand Theory. The research method was qualitative based on the Ground Theory of Strauss and Corbin's approach to design a paradigmatic model of professional development of physical education teachers. The statistical population was all the selected physical education teachers of the provinces (based on service records and experiences of successful education, members of departments) and professors of Farhangian University in sports sciences, specialists and experts in staff of the Ministry of Education were 500 people and the statistical sample was selected on the theoretical saturation. The research tool was a semi-structured interview, which was used to collect data by 36 experts’ viewpoint. Results was a paradigmatic model of the development of teachers that was consisting of causal, pivotal, intervening conditions, strategies and outcomes. Codes mentioned in the first stage of coding are open coding in several concepts such as Charisma and personality traits, professional ethics, cognitive literacy, athletic skill competence, learning environment conditions, and legal competence are obtained. in the second stage of coding, pivotal coding was identified with the Axial coding was identified with the central category of professional maturity and sub-levels such as functional-behavioral, Occupational and lateral. Finally, the results of effective educational strategies at three levels of Specialized, professional and general, causes the professional development of teachers and specifically the establishment of a capable system of teaching and learning sports in the educational environment .

The purpose of this study was to design a communication model of quantum leadership and manpower productivity of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research was applied and in terms of nature and method, it was correlational and causal-comparative. The statistical population was all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the statistical sample were 269 persons. In this study, Quantum Leadership (Azimi, 2011), Manpower Productivity (Hersey and Goldsmith, 1980) and structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) Questionnaires were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the opinions of 12 sports management experts and the reliability was reported through Cronbach's alpha as 0.87, 0.89 and 0.91, respectively. To analyze data from statistical tests Kolmogorov-Smirnov, t-sample and structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) and SPSS software were used. Findings showed the components of perception and cognition, validity and compatibility of human productivity and components of quantum seeing, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum cognition, quantum action, quantum trust and the existence of quantum leadership at the first level affects the components of ability, motivation and feedback from the productivity of human resources at the second level. Also, the second level components affect the organizational support component of manpower productivity in the third level. Therefore, it can be said that quantum leadership will be able to increase the productivity of human resources in the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the status of marketing philosophy, competitive intelligence and integrated marketing communications in Iranian sport federations. The research method was descriptive-analytical. The statistical population of the study was all managers (senior, middle level and base managers) in sport federations with 700 people, who were selected 248 people by simple random sampling method. Research data collection tools included the Mahdieh and Karimi Marketing Philosophy Questionnaire (1395), Goldsson et al. (2012) competitive intelligence, and Lee and Park (2007) Integrated Marketing Communication. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by 10 experts and their reliability in a pilot test with 30 subjects with Cronbach's alpha Obtained for the questionnaire of marketing philosophy 0.926, competitive intelligence 0.935 and integrated marketing communication 0.939. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods including structural equations, Pearson correlation coefficient and single sample t test using Spss, Amos software were used for data analysis. The research results showed that the results of Pearson correlation coefficient shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between research variables (p <0.05). The results also showed that integrated marketing communications (t = -4.766), competitive intelligence (t = -8.243) and marketing philosophy (t = -7.255) are not in good standing in sports federations. Given these results, it can be argued that sports federations need to value these approaches more and more in order to be successful in all areas.
