Entrepreneurship is the next important aspect of the organization's performance, which is expected to be influenced by various types of human resource management. organizations are in situations where the tendency towards entrepreneurial activities is essential for them. so this paper aims to study the developing a communication model capability Based human resource management with entrepreneurial agility and entrepreneurial alertness at the ministry of sport and youth. the research method is descriptive and correlational study. The statistical population of this research is all There are 970 employees, experts, managers, and deputy staff members of the ministry of sports, of which 296 people were selected as a sample using a simple random sampling method. The measurement tool included a researcher-made questionnaire for cpability based human resource management, questionnaire for entrepreneurial agility by Kharabe (2012) and an entrepreneurial alertness questionnaire by Tang et al (2012). Its validity was verified and the reliability coefficient of the questionnaire was obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient 0.948, 0.909, 0.908 respectively. In order to inferential analysis of collected data used Smart PLS 4 software. The result of hypothesis testing in 95% confidence level results show that: capability based human resource management can positively and significantly predict entrepreneurial agility in the Ministry of Sports and Youth (p=0.001, t=4.695). capability based human resource management can positively and significantly predict entrepreneurial alertness in the ministry of sports and Youth (t=3.339-p=0.001). because in the ministry of sports and youth, human resource management is based on ability, entrepreneurship in the ministry of home affairs is more agile and more alert to internal and external changes.

The purpose of this research was "to design a model of factors affecting the sports and economic performance of football clubs in the country". The research method was mixed, in which interviews and coding with Glazer's approach were used in the qualitative part, and interpretive structural analysis was used in the quantitative part. The statistical population of the research included former and current managers, coaches and players of Iranian football clubs. According to the research methodology; Sampling was a theoretical sampling and the initial samples were selected purposefully to conduct interviews. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used for data analysis.. According to the research objectives, data analysis was done in two qualitative and quantitative parts. In the qualitative part, coding was done to identify the components and items, and a structural model was presented using Micmac analysis. According to the results, the factors affecting the sports and economic performance of football clubs in the country are: implementation of knowledge management, investment, paying attention to broadcasting rights and copyright law, implementation of effective and efficient financial management, development of income generation sources, income generation from communications and financial sponsors, use of media capacity, technical development and managerial development.

Recognizing and managing institutional pressures on federations can lead to an increase in their performance and productivity. The purpose of this research was to investigate the lived experiences of the managers of sports federations from the pressures on the organization. This qualitative phenomenological research was conducted in the summer of 2023. The participants were 12 sports managers working in sports federations. The research tool was semi-structured in-depth interviews. The duration of each interview was between 15 and 75 minutes. Validation of the research was done by triangulation method. The results of the research showed the pressures on the federations in 9 dimensions: 1- pressures from stakeholders and competitors (with two sub-categories), 2- intra- organizational pressures (with three sub-categories), 3- structural and management pressures (with 6 sub-categories) 4- Legal and international pressures (with three sub-categories), 5- Ideological and cultural pressures (with two sub-categories), 6- Equipment and technology (with three sub-categories), 7- Economic pressures (with three sub-categories), 8- social pressures (with three sub-categories), and 9- political pressures (with five sub-categories) wer identified. The results of this study pave the way for sports policymakers and governing bodies to comprehend the challenges facing sports federations and address the factors identified.

The purpose of this research was to design a model for the development of optimal governance of online sports platforms. The current research was a mixed type of research (qualitative-quantitative) with an exploratory approach. The statistical community in qualitative part included policy makers in field of technology, platform managers and academic staff members familiar with research literature, and in quantitative part, managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, heads, public relations officials and media of sports federations. The statistical sample of 17 experts in the qualitative section was selected until reaching theoretical saturation by using theoretical and snowball techniques, and in the quantitative section between 5 and 10 samples were required for each item, so number of 384 people was statistical sample. formed. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview in qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. For content validity from the point of view of experts and construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis), composite reliability indices, Cronbach's alpha, divergent and convergent validity, structural equation modeling were used. Finally, 12 factors of leading platform governance, technical and physical infrastructure, stable rules and regulations, transparency and accountability, integration of platforms space, national information network, people-centeredness and regulation, facilitation of electronic governance, regulatory structure, security content, structure, values and social norms influencing development of good governance of online sports platforms were identified. Sports managers can play a significant role in developing good governance of online sports platforms by considering identified factors.

The purpose of this research was to analyze the phenomenon of white fear in sports organizations and to provide a solution with an emphasis on the media. A qualitative research with a systematic exploratory approach was chosen. The statistical population included two parts of human resources (professors, managers) and information sources (books, articles, documents). Sampling was done in a sufficient number and with a judgment method based on reaching theoretical saturation (19 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the instrument was evaluated and confirmed based on the validity of the sample, the opinion of experts and the agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method with a systemic analysis approach was used. Based on the extracted conceptual framework, 2 selective codes of white fear and coping strategies, three core codes and 11 main categories were obtained. The results of selective coding showed that the identified strategies, such as educational strategies, social networks and culture building, can prevent the emergence or eliminate the phenomenon of white fear in sports organizations. Based on the results, it can be said that the training process and especially the training in the field of information and communication technologies can lead to the development of employees' job involvement and provide the basis for reducing white fear. Organizational culture building with emphasis on digital culture building and development of organization activities in the context of new activities can provide another strategy to develop useful activities by employees.
