By using SPSS software and by descriptive and deductive methods (such as Kolmogorov Smirnoff, independent t, single-sample t, Spearman correlation coefficient, Chi-Do and analysis of variance or ANOVA) the data analysis is done. The results show that the teachers’ psychological health is meaningfully at a good level (t=12.22, P=0.001). Furthermore, the athletic teachers spend more of their free time on exercising than the non-athletic ones. The present research aimed at establishing a performance management system for the National Olympic Committee (N.O.C) by the balance scorecard approach. The statistical population included 114 of the N.O.C general assembly members, experts, and elites familiar with the N.O.C. The study sample was chosen purposefully (89 individuals). The qualitative interview was used as the investigation instrument and the collected data were analyzed by logical inductive reasoning. The research findings showed that the N.O.C enjoys four perspectives such as finance, customer, internal process, learning, and growth as well as 41 long-term objectives, 128 measurements, and 128 qualitative objectives. Ultimately it was concluded that suggested perspectives, long-term objectives, measurements, and qualitative objectives are capable of performance management of N.O.C and they are potent to be applied in practicing strategies of the N.O.C. due to the relationship between the N.O.C vision and strategies and its long-term objectives, measurements, and qualitative objectives.
