The purpose of this research was to analyze the phenomenon of white fear in sports organizations and to provide a solution with an emphasis on the media. A qualitative research with a systematic exploratory approach was chosen. The statistical population included two parts of human resources (professors, managers) and information sources (books, articles, documents). Sampling was done in a sufficient number and with a judgment method based on reaching theoretical saturation (19 people). The research tools included systematic library study and structured exploratory interviews. The validity of the instrument was evaluated and confirmed based on the validity of the sample, the opinion of experts and the agreement between the correctors. In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method with a systemic analysis approach was used. Based on the extracted conceptual framework, 2 selective codes of white fear and coping strategies, three core codes and 11 main categories were obtained. The results of selective coding showed that the identified strategies, such as educational strategies, social networks and culture building, can prevent the emergence or eliminate the phenomenon of white fear in sports organizations. Based on the results, it can be said that the training process and especially the training in the field of information and communication technologies can lead to the development of employees' job involvement and provide the basis for reducing white fear. Organizational culture building with emphasis on digital culture building and development of organization activities in the context of new activities can provide another strategy to develop useful activities by employees.

The purpose of the current research is to identify the factors that affect the realization of lifestyle in the expression of the second step of the revolution in physical education and sports of I.R. Iran the current research method was implemented in terms of theoretical and practical objectives and data collection using a qualitative method. Data collection was in field form. which included library studies, content analysis method and review of 24 studies (domestic and foreign) and semi-structured interviews with 19 news and experts in the field of sports management. The statistical population of the research was made up of all experts related to sports management, including sports and political management of the country, professors and faculty members of universities in the field of sports management. The interviewees were selected by non-random sampling of the target type. The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was reached. Thematic analysis method was used to analyze the data. The results of the research showed that the factors affecting the lifestyle in the statement of the second step of the revolution in physical education and sports are in five areas (personal communication, social communication, idealism, values and norms, local, national and transnational symbols) with 66 open codes. The sample size was 225 people selected using the Morgan and Karjesi sampling table, and a simple random sampling method was used. The tool used in the research consisted of a researcher-made questionnaire, the face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 10 experts, and its reliability was calculated in a preliminary test with 30 subjects with Cronbach's alpha (0.76) for the questionnaire. To analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, the mean and standard deviation were used using SPSS version 22 software, and in the inferential statistics section to evaluate the causal relationships between the variables, the structural equation model was used using the LISREL version 3 software. The findings showed that individual, organizational, socio-cultural and facility factors have an effect on reducing complaints from coaches and there is a positive and significant relationship. The research tool was a semi-structured interview that continued until the stage of theoretical saturation. Acceptability, transferability and verification methods were used for validity and reliability of the research. Data analysis For open, axial and selective coding, the qualitative approach of grounded theory (grounded theory) was used and open coding was performed by line-by-line analysis of interviews. Based on the identified open codes, axial codes were formed and with the help of selective coding, a theoretical model was developed, then the paradigm model was approved by experts. The results of open coding showed that 329 codes were identified in Six axes: causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategy, outcome and axial phenomena. By reviewing and analyzing the interviews, 64 codes in the form of 9 concepts in the context of causal conditions, 77 codes in the form of 11 concepts under the context conditions, 24 codes in the form of 6 concepts under the interventionist conditions, 36 codes in the form of 7 Concepts in the axis of strategies and 82 codes in the form of 13 concepts related to the consequences and 46 codes in the form of 8 concepts related to the central phenomenon category of organizational coaching model in sports organizations with the approach of empowering human resources were identified.

The purpose of this research was to design a model for the development of optimal governance of online sports platforms. The current research was a mixed type of research (qualitative-quantitative) with an exploratory approach. The statistical community in qualitative part included policy makers in field of technology, platform managers and academic staff members familiar with research literature, and in quantitative part, managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, heads, public relations officials and media of sports federations. The statistical sample of 17 experts in the qualitative section was selected until reaching theoretical saturation by using theoretical and snowball techniques, and in the quantitative section between 5 and 10 samples were required for each item, so number of 384 people was statistical sample. formed. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview in qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. For content validity from the point of view of experts and construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis), composite reliability indices, Cronbach's alpha, divergent and convergent validity, structural equation modeling were used. Finally, 12 factors of leading platform governance, technical and physical infrastructure, stable rules and regulations, transparency and accountability, integration of platforms space, national information network, people-centeredness and regulation, facilitation of electronic governance, regulatory structure, security content, structure, values and social norms influencing development of good governance of online sports platforms were identified.
