The purpose of this research was to investigate The effect of forced teleworking on physical education teachers' job satisfaction with the mediating role of quality of work life. The statistical population of this research was made up of all the physical education teachers of Razavi Khorasan province (N=3000) and 334 people were selected as the research sample by random-cluster sampling method. To collect data, Richards et al. (2005) forced telework questionnaire, Ilgan et al. (2014) teachers' quality of work questionnaire, and Hun and Gronigs (1999) job satisfaction questionnaire were used. To check the form and content validity of these questionnaires, the opinions of experts and sports management professors were taken for help, and convergent and divergent validity were used to determine the construct validity of the questionnaires. The results of Cronbach's alpha showed that the questionnaires have acceptable reliability. Structural equation modeling was used to estimate the hypotheses using Smart PLS 3 and SPSS 21 software. In order to estimate the hypotheses, spss and smart pls software were used. The results showed that teleworking has a direct and significant effect on the quality of work life(β= 0.44, T=14.32), and also the quality of work life showed a positive effect on the job satisfaction of physical education teachers(β= 0.63, T=28.59). Forced teleworking did not affect job satisfaction and the mediating role of work life quality in the relationship between forced teleworking and life satisfaction was confirmed. Therefore, the development and strengthening of teleworking in schools along with the expansion of the necessary and necessary infrastructure will increase the quality of work life and, as a result, job satisfaction.

Research in education is the largest and most sensitive research area in the humanities, so the purpose of the present study was to design a research development model in physical education of the Ministry of Education of Iran. The research method of this study was mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and based on Grounded theory (Glaser). The participants in the qualitative section were 14 members of the university faculty, experts in the field of research, and officials of the Ministry of Education. Sampling in the quantitative section was distributed by considering nine provinces (eight geographical points and one province from the center) and through virtual networks. Finally, after data distribution and collection, 297 samples reached the statistical analysis stage. For data analysis, the structural equation model was used with the help of SPSS26 and PLS3 software. According to the results of the qualitative section; 13 subcategories and 4 main categories namely; organizational components; structural components; Process and human components were identified in the development of research in physical education. Also, the findings of the quantitative section showed that the factor loading of the standard coefficients of all components was more than 0.4, which indicated a significant relationship between the factors and the general concept of the research. Also, the final research model had the necessary fit. findings of the research show that by determining goals, implementation stages, evaluation criteria, allocation of financial resources, publication and promotion of scientific research results, it is possible to help develop research and exchange knowledge in this field.

The aim of this study is to identify and rank the strategies for implementing the lean startup approach in sports startups in Iran. The present study is applied in terms of purpose, exploratory in terms of outcome, and descriptive-survey in terms of implementation method based on an inductive-deductive approach and its strategy is a qualitative-quantitative mix. The research tool in the qualitative part was an in-depth semi-structured interview, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire with confirmed validity. The research population in the qualitative part was 20 professors and experts selected using a purposeful judgmental method in this field, and in the quantitative part, 317 people employed and knowledgeable in sports startups were selected randomly and stratified based on the Krejcie & Morgan table. In the qualitative part, a systematic method was used to identify the effective factors and MAXQDA 2022 software was used to implement the interviews, and in the quantitative part, Friedman tests, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling using AMOS v-29 software were used to prioritize the components and address the relationships between variables. The results showed that the implementation strategies of the lean startup approach, accompanied by 6 categories, respectively, including the new product/service development strategy with a rank of 12.10, the continuous improvement strategy with a rank of 5.30, and the organizational learning strategy with a rank of 4.20, were the first to third priorities, followed by the intra-industry strategic alignment strategy, the market orientation strategy, and the process strategy, respectively, had the highest and lowest priorities among the variables under study.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of positive emotions on the performance of football coaches with the role of mediator of psychological well-being. The present study is an applied and correlational study, and data collection was conducted in the form of a survey. The statistical population of this study included 800 football coaches in Golestan province who had a valid certificate from the Football Federation, of which 270 coaches randomly participated as a statistical sample in this study. To collect data for this study, three standard questionnaires were used: the level of positive emotions of coaches, task performance, and the level of psychological well-being of football coaches. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed by sports management experts, and their reliability was calculated in a preliminary study using Cronbach's alpha as 0.76, 0.77, and 0.86, respectively. SPSS 25 and Smart PLS 3 software were used to analyze the descriptive and inferential statistics of this study. The findings indicate that there is a positive and significant effect between positive emotions on the task performance of football coaches with the mediating role of psychological well-being. According to the results obtained, it seems that positive emotions in football coaches can bring effective consequences for them. It is suggested that by holding specialized psychological courses for coaches, they should be taught how to manage and control emotions and they should be encouraged to share their positive emotions with others in their work environment.

Objective: This study aimed to design a success path model for Iranian football instructors in international coaching courses to identify key success factors.Methods: The research employed an exploratory mixed (qualitative-quantitative) and field developmental approach. In the qualitative phase, grounded theory was used, with 15 experts selected via purposive and snowball sampling for semi-structured interviews. In the quantitative phase, 260 football instructors and international coaches were sampled through simple stratified random sampling. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire, with confirmed validity and reliability.Findings: The success path model comprises three main dimensions: technical competence (technical knowledge, experience, continuous learning), interpersonal skills (leadership, cultural understanding, effective communication), and a supportive environment (infrastructure, networking, commitment).Conclusion: Achieving success for Iranian football instructors in international coaching courses requires enhancing technical competence, interpersonal skills, and fostering a supportive environment. The absence of any of these pillars poses challenges to goal attainment. This model can guide policymakers and coaches in elevating Iranian football coaching standards.

The decline in the number of football referees in many countries in recent years has emerged as a significant challenge in the governance of football, highlighting the critical need for the development and advancement of refereeing. This study aimed to identify and analyze the factors influencing the advancement of football refereeing in Iran. Employing an exploratory mixed-methods approach, the research was conducted in two phases: qualitative and quantitative. In the qualitative phase, eighteen semi-structured interviews were conducted with refereeing experts until theoretical saturation was reached. Based on the findings of this phase, a researcher-made questionnaire was developed, and its face and content validity were confirmed. The Kaiser–Meyer–Olkin (KMO) measure of sampling adequacy was 0.866, indicating the suitability of the sample for factor analysis. In the quantitative phase, the questionnaire was distributed among all active referees and assistant referees participating in the Premier League, Asian competitions, and the World Cup (n = 110). The results revealed twelve principal factors significantly affecting the advancement of football refereeing in Iran: physical fitness, knowledge and awareness, the structure of the federation and provincial football associations, personality traits, perceptual–motor characteristics, family, occupation and profession, clubs and fan associations, media, anthropometric indicators and physical health, psychological skills, and the disciplinary system. The findings suggest that the systematic development of these factors can facilitate the improvement of Iranian referees’ performance at both national and international levels. Accordingly, it is recommended that football federation officials, refereeing committees, and provincial organizations incorporate these indicators into their policy-making and training programs.
