This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing personality traits, conflict management, and quality of work life among physical education teachers in Iraq. The research employed a survey design using standardized questionnaires on personality traits (Gosling et al., 2003), quality of work life (Walton, 1973), and conflict management styles (Putnam & Wilson, 1991). The statistical population consisted of all physical education teachers in Iraq, which, according to the latest inquiry in 2024, amounted to approximately 13,200 individuals. From this population, a sample of 323 participants was selected using the G*Power software. To analyze the data, after confirming the normality of distribution, multiple regression analysis was applied. The results indicated that conscientiousness, agreeableness, and openness to experience were the most significant predictors of teachers’ quality of work life, particularly in the dimensions of fair compensation, personal growth, and overall work-life climate (p < 0.05). Moreover, extraversion significantly predicted safe and healthy working conditions and growth opportunities, whereas neuroticism was only significant in predicting social integration (p < 0.05). Regarding conflict management, the findings revealed that extraversion, openness to experience, and agreeableness were the main predictors of compromising, collaborating, and accommodating styles, while conscientiousness and neuroticism showed no substantial effects (p < 0.05). Overall, these findings suggest that personality traits play an important role in shaping both the quality of work life and conflict management approaches of teachers, providing valuable insights for empowerment programs and human resource policy-making.

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between inclusive green leadership and pro-environmental behavior of employees of sports and youth departments of Sistan and Baluchestan province with the mediating role of green psychological climate. The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population included all employees of sports and youth departments of Sistan and Baluchestan province, 265 people, and the statistical sampling method was total number. To collect data, the standard questionnaires of inclusive green leadership by Bhutto et al. (2021), green psychological climate by Norton (2017), and pro-environmental behavior by Si et al (2022) were used. The face and content validity were confirmed using the opinions of sports management experts, and the overall reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. The structural equation modeling method was used to analyze the data. Structural equation modeling analyses confirmed the validity of the proposed model. The results showed that inclusive green leadership has a direct, positive, and significant effect on green psychological climate. Green inclusive leadership has a direct, positive, and significant effect on pro-environmental behavior. Green psychological climate also has a direct, positive, and significant effect on pro-environmental behavior. The results also showed that green inclusive leadership has an indirect, positive, and significant effect on pro-environmental behavior through the mediation of green psychological climate. Therefore, it can be said that strengthening green psychological climate plays a role as a key mechanism in facilitating the transmission of the effects of green inclusive leadership on employees' environmental behaviors.

Public sports organizations in Northwestern Iran require strong resilience to withstand economic and social shocks. A lack of integrated research on leadership and cultural mechanisms has created a significant gap. This study presents a conceptual model examining the role of transformational leadership in enhancing organizational resilience, with inclusive culture as a mediator. The research is applied and descriptive–correlational. Based on 47 questionnaire items and Hair et al.'s (2010) recommendation (5–10 times the number of items), a sample of 395 was determined; 364 usable questionnaires were collected (92.1% response rate). Data were gathered from employees of four provincial departments of sport and youth using stratified random sampling with proportional allocation. Standard instruments measured transformational leadership, inclusive culture, and organizational resilience. Analysis used SmartPLS and SPSS. Results show transformational leadership has a significant positive effect on both inclusive culture and organizational resilience. Inclusive culture significantly mediates the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational resilience. Multi-group analysis revealed stronger effects among female employees, those with higher education, longer tenure, and older age groups. Findings highlight the strategic importance of transformational leadership and inclusive culture in strengthening resilience. Practical recommendations include leadership development programs, diversity-oriented policies, and crisis simulation exercises. The model offers a localized framework for enhancing resilience in Iran’s Ministry of Sport and Youth.

The aim of the current research is to develop a model of job performance based on quantum leadership through the glass ceiling among female employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran. This research is a descriptive-correlation type, the data of which was collected in the field using a questionnaire. The statistical sample of the study included 145 female employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, who were selected by simple random sampling. In this research, 3 standard job performance questionnaires by Hersey and Goldsmith (1981), Azimi et al.'s quantum leadership (2013) and Rudesarai's glass ceiling (2016) were used. Data were analyzed using structural equation model method through SPSS and Amos software. According to the Pearson correlation coefficient test, it showed that there is a relationship between quantum leadership and employees' glass ceiling (r=0.754), between job performance and employees' glass ceiling (r=0.701), between job performance and Quantum leadership (r=0.666), there is a significant relationship. The results of the model show that job performance with an effect value of 0.76 on the quantum leadership of employees, job performance with an effect value of -0.70 on the glass ceiling of employees, and also quantum leadership with an effect value of -0.66 on the glass ceiling. The female employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth of the Islamic Republic of Iran are effective. Therefore, it is suggested that the Ministry of Sports and Youth should present more positive images that reflect the experiences of women's leadership in a deeper and more accurate way and use the presence of women as great managers regardless of the negative beliefs and wrong attitudes about women.

The aim of the current research was to study the comparative study of management factors of fans of football teams in selected countries (Iran, Iraq, Türkiye). The method of the current research is descriptive-comparative, which is done according to the nature and type of study, which is a comparative study, in four stages: description, interpretation, comparison and comparison. The statistical population in this research included valid international and national articles in the field of fan management in Iran, Iraq and Türkiye, which were cited the most in Parish Harzing publisher. The statistical sample was selected from the statistical population by purposive sampling. So that in each field, 15 highly cited articles from each country were selected and analyzed. The results showed that the management factors of football fans include such things as; Amenities, fan center, cultural and social, information technology, visual appeal of the stadium, marketing activities, public relations and activities evaluation. The results showed that Türkiye is more advanced than Iran and Iraq in most aspects of fan management. This superiority can be attributed to more investment, better infrastructure, a deeper understanding of the importance of fans and a more professional approach to club management. However, all three countries still face challenges in fan management and there are opportunities for improvement in all countries. This comparison also shows that Iran and Iraq can benefit from Türkiye's successful experiences in the field of fan management. In sum, all three countries can benefit from each other's experiences in the field of fan management. Türkiye can be a model in the field of welfare services and advertising, while Iran and Iraq can provide solutions to maintain reasonable ticket prices. Also, all three countries can cooperate in improving the moral and cultural atmosphere of stadiums.
