The purpose of this research was to design a model for the development of optimal governance of online sports platforms. The current research was a mixed type of research (qualitative-quantitative) with an exploratory approach. The statistical community in qualitative part included policy makers in field of technology, platform managers and academic staff members familiar with research literature, and in quantitative part, managers of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, heads, public relations officials and media of sports federations. The statistical sample of 17 experts in the qualitative section was selected until reaching theoretical saturation by using theoretical and snowball techniques, and in the quantitative section between 5 and 10 samples were required for each item, so number of 384 people was statistical sample. formed. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview in qualitative part and a researcher-made questionnaire in the quantitative part. For content validity from the point of view of experts and construct validity (exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis), composite reliability indices, Cronbach's alpha, divergent and convergent validity, structural equation modeling were used. Finally, 12 factors of leading platform governance, technical and physical infrastructure, stable rules and regulations, transparency and accountability, integration of platforms space, national information network, people-centeredness and regulation, facilitation of electronic governance, regulatory structure, security content, structure, values and social norms influencing development of good governance of online sports platforms were identified. Sports managers can play a significant role in developing good governance of online sports platforms by considering identified factors.

The aim of the current research was to present a model of people's behavioral futures in the field of sports after the end of the Corona virus. This work was done by conducting a qualitative research of the grand theory type, which method is exploratory. In this research, it was analyzed through literature review and exploratory interview regarding the presentation of the model, based on the method arising from the data and according to the method of Strauss and Corbin. To conduct the field interview, the statistical community of the research is experts and professors in the fields of sports management, sociology, psychology, who have published at least one research (research article, speech, research plan, authoring and translation of a book) in the field of the research topic. Had reached In order to identify these people, a purposeful sampling method was used. This sampling continued until theoretical saturation was reached and finally 19 people were selected as a sample. Finally, the categories were determined in the form of 13 categories and 48 conceptual codes and were placed in the heart of the 6 dimensions of the paradigm model. Factors such as individual and managerial factors have an effect on the behavioral consequences of people in the field of sports after the end of the corona disease. For this purpose, strategies have been proposed, and these strategies are affected by background conditions (sports culture before Corona and consumption of sports during Corona) and also by intervening conditions (economic, rules and regulations, and behavior). Implementation of the suggested strategies leads to economic, health and lifestyle consequences.

Innovation can play a significant role in explaining strategic and functional approaches in organizations, including sports federations. The purpose of this study was to investigate the application of innovation in the relationship between strategic thinking and organizational performance in sports federations. Participants were the employees and managers of 13 selected sports federations, of which 230 people were selected by random sampling. Measurement tools included Lopez-Nicolas Organization Performance Questionnaire (2011), Prajgo and Sohl Organizational Innovation Questionnaire (2003) and Jane Lidka's Strategic Thinking Questionnaire (1998). The data were analyzed using Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple linear regression at the first type error level of 0.05 with SPSS version 19 software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between strategic thinking (r>0.001, p=0.67) and innovation (r>0.001, p=0.71) with organizational performance. Also, strategic thinking and innovation could directly predict organizational performance (ADJ.R2=0.55). According to the obtained results, Innovation and strategic thinking improves the performance of sports federations' employees and enables federations to manage organizational challenges and perform better.

The development of the sports industry, as a crucial factor in achieving the economic, social, and cultural goals of society, holds special importance. This study was conducted with the aim of exploring the future of Iran's sports products industry using a scenario writing approach. The research method was based on futures studies. Additionally, the data collection method for this research was qualitative. The statistical population of the study included all experts and specialists active in the scientific and practical fields of sports. The criteria for conducting interviews in the qualitative section included having at least a doctoral degree in sports management (university faculty members in the field of sports management) or at least 15 years of experience working in sports organizations such as the Ministry of Sports and Youth, sports federations, the National Olympic and Paralympic Committees, and sports and youth departments, or being active in the sports industry, such as in sports equipment production. The quantitative section's statistical population included all sports management professors, importers, sellers, and producers of sports products, and sports organization experts in an unlimited number. In selecting the sample for in-depth interviews in the qualitative section, efforts were made to include both individuals with academic education (faculty members) and those with management and business experience. Sampling was conducted purposefully. After 14 interviews, theoretical saturation was reached, but to ensure accuracy, interviews continued up to 17. The Scenario Wizard software was used for scenario writing. According to the results, factors such as the capability and quality of human resources, continuous and bilateral relationships between universities and the sports industry, the management and structural status of the sports industry, the growth rate of the national economy and international economic status, the position of technology in Iran's sports industry, the cultural and social status related to sports in the country, sports equipment and facilities, Iran's foreign policy status, the level of development of sports diplomacy, the supportive and facilitative environment of sports industry legislation, the level of attraction of domestic and foreign investment in the sports industry, elite and professional sports management, and the tendency towards mass sports were identified as key drivers and enablers for the future development of the sports industry.

Therefore, the present study was conducted with the general aim of analyzing the path of manpower retirement pattern in sports. The present research method is a mixed method (qualitative and quantitative) which in terms of purpose is exploratory research and in terms of results is part of basic and applied research. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section included experts related to the subject and sampling in this section was done purposefully and snowball technique. The statistical population in the quantitative part included all sports managers and experts, sports coaches who were sampled by simple random sampling. The measuring instruments of the research were interview (qualitative part) and questionnaire (quantitative part). The interview was conducted in a semi-structured manner and the results of the interviews were used to construct a questionnaire and distributed after confirming its validity and reliability. In order to analyze the path of the manpower retirement model in sports, structural equation analysis was used with the help of Smart PLS software version 3. Reforming the structure and reducing the surplus forces on transparent and logical indicators has a positive and significant effect on the planning and implementation of the plan and planning and recruitment and retirement of human resources (p = 0.01), as well as meritocracy and succession on transparent and logical indicators on the program. The planning and implementation of the plan for managing, recruiting and retiring manpower has a positive and significant effect.

The measurement Instrument in this study was the Allen & Meyer's organizational commitment questionnaire (1990), the A tendency to leave the organization Flint (2013), Victor and Cullen ethical climate (2013), and the organizational identity of Ashforth and Mael (1992). Its face and content validity were confirmed by 10 sports management specialists; The reliability of the organizational identity questionnaires, ethical climate, turnover intention and organizational commitment were obtained using Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.89, 0.87 0.92 and 0,88 respectively. For data analysis in the descriptive statistics section of the average and standard deviation by SPSS software 24, and in the inferential statistics section, structural equations were used to evaluate the causal relationships between variables using Lisrel Version 3 software. Findings showed that ethical climate has an effect on organizational commitment and organizational identity and there is a positive and significant relationship but its effect on the turnover intention of the service was not confirmed. Therefore, managers of the General Directorate of Sports and Youth should identify the factors affecting the moral climate in order to increase organizational identity and organizational commitment and reduce the turnover intention of the service.

The factors of this research have been identified by reviewing the theoretical literature and research background (12 indicators). Multi-criteria decision making method including Fuzzy Delphi was used to analyze the data. Based on the findings of the present study, The highest consensus of experts on network corruption was assigned to the index of "diversity of skills and expertise of members" and the lowest was assigned to the criterion of "monopoly".
