چکیده
مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش تعدیلکننده ظرفیت سازمانی بر رابطه بین رهبری خدمتگزار و ماهیت نوآوری از طریق یادگیری سازمانی انجام گرفت. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه جمعآوری دادهها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. مدیران و کارکنان سازمانهای ورزشی غیرانتفاعی (هیاتهای ورزشی شمال غرب)، جامعهی آماری این تحقیق را تشکیل میدهند که تعداد150 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری دردسترس به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. در پژوهش حاضر از پرسشنامه استاندارد سبک رهبری خدمتگزار لو (2017)؛ پرسشنامه استاندارد نوآوری سازمانی پراساد و جونی (2016)؛ پرسشنامه استاندارد یادگیری سازمانی فام و اسوایرسزک (۲۰۰۶) و پرسشنامه استاندارد ظرفیت سازی عبدی (1396) استفاده شد. جهت تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار اسمارت پیالاس 3 استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون فرضیهها نشان داد اثر رهبری خدمتگزار بر ماهیت نوآوری هم به صورت مستقیم و هم از طریق یادگیری سازمانی در سازمانهای ورزشی غیرانتفاعی مثبت و معنادار است اما نقش تعدیل کننده ظرفیت سازمانی در مدل معنادار گزارش نشد.
