چکیده

فوتبال ورزشی است که بیش از 2000 سال است که انجام می‏شود و به طور گسترده ای به عنوان محبوب ترین ورزش جهان شناخته می‏شود. اهمیت فوتبال در جامعه مدرن قابل اغراق نیست. فوتبال به یک سنگ محک فرهنگی، منبع غرور ملی و راهی برای گرد هم آمدن مردم و جشن گرفتن علایق مشترکشان تبدیل شده است. فوتبال خیلی بیشتر از یک ورزش است. نماد اجتماع، دوستی و اتحاد است.. توسعه اجتماعی و از سوی دیگر فوتبال یک فعالیت اجتماعی است که افراد را دور هم جمع می‏کند و این تأثیر مثبتی در توسعه جوامع دارد. این ورزش می‏تواند به ایجاد حس تعلق و تقویت روحیه جامعه کمک کند. همچنین می‏تواند به ارتقای درک بین فرهنگی کمک کند و بستری را برای افراد با پیشینه‏های مختلف برای تعامل با یکدیگر فراهم کند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تدوین سناریوهای فوتبال ایران در حوزه‌ اجتماعی در افق ۱۴۱۰ انجام شد. برای انجام پژوهش کاربردی، کیفی و آینده‌نگر حاضر، از روش برنامه‌ریزی بر مبنای سناریو شامل مراحل هفت گانه شوارتز استفاده شد. در این راستا بر اساس مطالعات پیشین تعداد 16 نفر از خبرگان با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب و وارد پژوهش شدند. جایگاه و اثرات عوامل اصلی موثر در حوزه‌ اجتماعی فوتبال در ایران بر اساس ادبیات پژوهش و نیز نظرت خبرگان به دست آمد که شامل 32 عامل بود، در ادامه با نظرات متخصصین تعدادی از آن‌ها تغییر و دو مورد حذف شد و در نهایت 23 عامل بدست آمد. سپس بر اساس پرسش‌نامة ارائه شده با این عوامل و نظرات خبرگان مهمترین نیروهای پیشران با اولویت بندی بر اساس اهمیت بدست آمد که شامل 5 مورد بود.
