چکیده
شناخت و مدیریت فشارهای نهادی وارد بر فدراسیونها می تواند منجر به افزایش عملکرد و بهرهوری آنان شود. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تجارب زیسته مدیران فدراسیونهای ورزشی از فشارهای وارد بر سازمان بود. این پژوهش کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی بود که در تابستان سال 1402 انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان 12 نفر از مدیران ورزشی شاغل در فدراسیونهای ورزشی بودند. ابزار تحقیق مصاحبههای عمیق نیمه ساختار یافته بود. مدت زمان هر مصاحبه بین 15تا 75 دقیقه بود. اعتبارسنجی پژوهش به روش همسوسازی انجام شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد فشارهای وارده بر فدراسیونها در 9 بعد: 1- فشارهای ذینفعان و رقبا (با دو مقوله فرعی)، 2- فشارهای درون سازمانی (با سه مقوله فرعی)، 3- فشارهای ساختاری و مدیریتی (با 6 مقوله فرعی)، 4- فشارهای حقوقی، قانونی و بین المللی (با سه مقوله فرعی)، 5- فشارهای ایدئولوژیک و فرهنگی (با دو مقوله فرعی)، 6-تجهیزات و فناوری (با سه مقوله فرعی)، 7- فشارهای اقتصادی (با سه مقوله فرعی)، 8- فشارهای اجتماعی (با سه مقوله فرعی)، و 9- فشارهای سیاسی (با پنج مقوله فرعی) شناسایی شدند. یافتههای این تحقیق مسیری پیش روی سیاستگذاران ورزش و سازمانها و نهادهای حاکمیتی در حوزه ورزش روشن میکند تا ضمن درک فشارهای وارده بر فدراسیونهای ورزشی، نسبت به مدیریت عوامل شناسایی شده اقدام کنند.
