چکیده
هدف تحقیق حاضر طراحی مدل توسعه حکمرانی مطلوب پلتفرم های آنلاین ورزشی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع تحقیقات آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) با رویکرد اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی شامل سیاست گذاران حوزه فناوری، مدیران پلتفرم ها و اعضای هیات علمی آشنا به ادبیات تحقیق و در بخش کمی مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان، روسا، مسئولین روابط عمومی و رسانه های فدراسیون،های ورزشی بود. نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی 17 نفر از خبرگان تا رسیدن به حد اشباع نظری با بهره گیری از تکنیک های هدفمند نظری و گلوله برفی انتخاب شد و در بخش کمی برای هر گویه بین 5 تا 10 نمونه لازم بود، بنابراین تعداد 384 نفر نمونه آماری را تشکیل دادند. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی مصاحبه نیمه ساختارمند و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود. برای روایی محتوایی از نظر خبرگان و اعتبار سازه (تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تاییدی) و از شاخص‌های پایایی ترکیبی، آلفای کرونباخ، روایی واگرا و همگرا و مدل‌سازی معادلات‌ساختاری استفاده شد. در نهایت 12 عامل حاکمیت پلتفرمی پیشرو، زیرساخت های فنی و فیزیکی، قوانین و مقررات پایدار، شفافیت و پاسخگویی، یکپارچکی فضای پلتفرم ها، شبکه ملی اطلاعات، مردم محوری و تنظیم گری، تسهیل گری حکمرانی الکترونیک، ساختار نظارتی، امنیت محتوا، ساختارمندی و ارزش ها و هنجارهای اجتماعی تاثیرگذار در توسعه حکمرانی مطلوب پلتفرم های آنلاین ورزشی شناسایی شد. مدیران ورزشی می توانند با در نظر گرفتن عوامل شناسایی شده نقش به‌سزایی در توسعه حکمرانی مطلوب پلتفرم های آنلاین ورزشی داشته باشند.
