چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر عوامل فردی، سازمانی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و عامل امکانات بر کاهش شکایت از قصور مربیان در حوادث ورزشی شهر کرمانشاه بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی- همبستگی می‌باشد که به روش میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه مربیان ورزشی شهر کرمانشاه به تعداد 550 نفر تشکیل دادند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول نمونه‌گیری مورگان و کرجسی 225 نفر انتخاب شدند که شیوه نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. ابزار مورداستفاده در پژوهش شامل، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به تائید 10 تن از متخصصین رسید و پایایی آن در یک آزمون مقدماتی با 30 آزمودنی با آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه (76/0) محاسبه شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در بخش آمار توصیفی از میانگین و انحراف معیار به‌وسیله‌ی نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و در بخش آمار استنباطی جهت ارزیابی روابط علی بین متغیرها از مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار LISREL نسخه 3 استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که عوامل فردی، سازمانی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و عامل امکانات بر کاهش شکایت از مربیان تأثیرگذار بوده و ارتباط مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد با توجه به نتایج به‌دست‌آمده سیاست‌گذاران حوزه ورزش می‌توانند اقدامات اصلی خود به‌منظور کاهش شکایت از قصور مربیان در حوادث ورزشی را به ترتیب بر عوامل فردی، سازمانی، اجتماعی- فرهنگی و عامل امکانات متمرکز کنند.
