چکیده
این تحقیق با هدف طراحی الگوی پارادایمی مربیگری سازمانی در سازمانهای ورزشی با رویکرد توانمندسازی منابع انسانی انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضراز نوع کیفی با رویکرد دادهبنیاد است که از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر جمعآوری اطلاعات به صورت میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعة آماری تحقیق، شامل اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان، مدیران فدراسیونهای ورزشی، مدیران کمیته ملی المپیک، مدیران پارالمپیک، افراد دارای تجربه در حوزة مدیریت ورزشی که رساله یا مقاله کار کردهاند، بودند که 20 نفر از میان آنها به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند ـ گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. ابزار تحقیق، مصاحبههای نیمهساختاری بود که تا مرحلة اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. روایی و پایایی تحقیق، از روش مقبولیت، انتقالپذیری و تأییدپذیری به دست آمد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها جهت کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی از رویکرد کیفی گراندد تئوری (تئوری زمینهای) استفاده شد و با تحلیل خط به خط مصاحبهها، کدگذاری باز انجام گرفت. بر اساس کدهای باز شناسایی شده، کدهای محوری شکل گرفتند و به کمک کدگذاری انتخابی مدل نظری توسعه پیدا کرد، سپس مدل پارادایمی با نظر خبرگان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. نتایج کدگذاری باز حاکی از آن بود که 329 کد در شش محور شرایط علی، شرایط زمینهای، شرایط مداخلهگر، راهبرد، پیامد و پدیده محوری شناسایی شد. با مرور و تحلیل مصاحبهها 64 کد در قالب 9 مفهوم در محور شرایط علی، 77 کد در قالب 11 مفهوم تحت شرایط زمینهای، 24 کد در قالب 6 مفهوم تحت شرایط مداخلهگر، 36 کد در قالب 7 مفهوم در محور راهبردها، 82 کد در قالب 13 مفهوم مرتبط با پیامدها و 46 کد در قالب 8 مفهوم مرتبط با مقوله پدیده محوری الگوی مربیگری سازمانی در سازمانهای ورزشی با رویکرد توانمند سازی منابع انسانی شناسایی شدند.
