چکیده

این پژوهش به منظور تأثیر فرهنگ سازمانی بر حکمرانی خوب در ادارات ورزش و جوانان با توجه به نقش میانجی ساختار سازمانی طراحی و اجرا شده است. نوع این تحقیق توصیفی و کاربردی است و به لحاظ روش گردآوری داده‌ها، از رویکرد پیمایشی استفاده گردیده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان در استان‌های جنوب شرقی ایران می‌باشد (497 نفر). نمونه گیری به روش کل شمار انجام شد. در این پژوهش، برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرهای اصلی، از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه‌ها نیز با تأیید شش تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت و روایی سازه نیز از طریق تحلیل عاملی مرتبه اول و دوم تأیید گردید. برای بررسی پایایی ابزارها از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شده که مقدار آن برای تمامی متغیرها بیشتر از 0.70 به‌دست آمد و به همین دلیل تأیید گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری استفاده با نرم‌افزار PLS Smart استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد ساختار سازمانی به‌عنوان یک عامل تأثیرگذار، با ضریب تأثیر 0.331 و فرهنگ سازمانی با ضریب تأثیر آن 0.712 بر حکمرانی خوب تأثیر دارند. همچنین نتایج آزمون سوبل که نقش میانجی ساختار سازمانی را در ارتباط بین فرهنگ سازمانی و حکمرانی تأیید گردید. این یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که برای بهبود حکمرانی خوب در ادارات ورزش و جوانان، توجه به توسعه فرهنگ سازمانی و ساختارهای سازمانی مؤثر امری حیاتی است. بنابراین، ارتقاء فرهنگ سازمانی که بر همکاری، شفافیت و پاسخگویی تأکید دارد، می‌تواند به بهبود فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری و در نهایت به ارتقای کیفیت حکمرانی کمک کند.
