چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش تتدوین الگوی تاب‌آورسازی و کاهش استرس شغلی مبتنی بر توانمندسازی جسمانی معلمان بود. روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی نظام مند (تحلیل مضمون) انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل دو بخش منابع انسانی (مدیران و کارشناسان ادارات کل آموزش و پرورش، مدیران و معاونین مدارس، معلمان مدارس و اساتید دانشگاهی خبره مرتبط با ورزش پرورشی و مدارس) و منابع اطلاعاتی (علمی، کتابخانه ای و رسانه ای مرتبط و معتبر) بود. مصاحبه شوندگان و منابع اطلاعاتی به تعداد قابل کفایت، به‌صورت هدفمند و بر مبنای رسیدن به اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند (18 نفر و 33 سند). ابزار پژوهش شامل مصاحبه های اکتشافی نیمه ساختارمند به همراه مطالعه کتابخانه ای نظام‌مند بود. روایی ابزار بر اساس شایستگی عملی، اعتبار حقوقی و علمی نمونه، نظر خبرگان و توافق بین مصححان ارزیابی و تائید گردید. جهت تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش کدگذاری مفهومی چندمرحله ای (باز، گزینشی و موضوعی) با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. چارچوب مفهومی نهایی شامل 60 مؤلفه، 21 بعد، 9 منظر و 3 سطح شناسایی شده بود. سطوح و منظرها به ترتیب اثرگذاری- اثرپذیری بین متغیرهای زیر مجموعه آن ها شامل سطح پیشایندی (ظرفیت شغلی، ظرفیت فردی، ظرفیت سازمانی)، محوری (توانمندسازی جسمانی، تاب‌آورسازی شغلی، کاهش استرش شغلی) و پیامدی (پیامد و نتایج فردی، پیامد و نتایج شغلی، پیامد و نتایج سازمانی) بود. براساس یافته های پژوهش می توان که تغییر نگرش و رفتار نسبت به فعالیت جسمانی، پایه رسیدن به تاب آوری و کاهش استرس شغلی است به همین دلیل وجود برنامه هایی جهت ارتقاء جایگاه ورزش و فعالیت های بدنی در برنامه های روزانه معلمان و تغییر نگرش معلمان در راستای توجه به ورزش و فعالیت جسمانی اهمیت زیادی دارد.
