چکیده

هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی مدل اینرسی سازمانی بر اساس توانمندسازی کارکنان در ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان شمال غرب کشور می باشد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان شمال غرب کشور (372 نفر) بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول کرجسی – مورگان 181 نفر انتخاب گردید. و برای نمونه گیری از روش تصادفی طبقه ای نسبی استفاده شده است. روش پژوهش کمی و از نوع همبستگی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است، و ابزار اندازه گیری: پرسشنامه اینرسی سازمانی استفی هاگ (2014) و توانمندسازی کارکنان اسپریتزر (1995) می باشد. روایی پرسش نامه ها با نظر 10 نفر از اساتید متخصص مدیریت ورزشی تایید و پایایی با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای اینرسی سازمانی 89/0 و توانمند سازی کارکنان 93/0 به دست آمد. به دلیل غیر نرمال بودن داده ها، تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها به کمک مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری و براساس نرم افزار PLS انجام شده است. نتایج نشان داد که توانمندسازی کارکنان بر اینرسی سازمانی)363/4 t-value= ؛ 76/0- = ضریب مسیر (تاثیر معنی دار و منفی دارد و شاخص کلی برازش مدل GOF برابر با 736/0 و در حد قوی است. اگر مدیران سازمان های ورزشی به دنبال کاهش اینرسی سازمانی هستند باید در جهت توانمندسازی کارکنان گام بر دارند .
