چکیده
هدف کلی از پژوهش حاضر طراحی و برازش الگوی ساختاری تاثیر نقش مهارت های رهبری مربیان در انسجام گروهی و عملکرد تیمی تیمهای والیبال و فوتسال حاضر در سیامین دورهی مسابقات ورزشی دانشآموزان دختر سراسر کشور میباشد. این پژوهش براساس هدف، کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت، توصیفی - تحلیلی میباشد و به روش پیمایشی انجام شده است. جامعهی آماری پژوهش را کلیهی مربیان شرکتکننده در سیامین دورهی مسابقات ورزشی دانشآموزان دختر سراسر کشور تشکیل میدهند (300 نفر). حجم نمونهی آماری براساس فرمول کوکران 168 نفر برآورد شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها، از پرسشنامههای مهارتهای رهبری کافمن- اسکاربورگ و لیندکویست، انسجام گروهی در ورزش کارن و عملکرد تیمی مایکل وست استفاده شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها با نرمافزار SPSS،و AMOS به عمل آمد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل گردید.
نتایج نشان داد، مهارتهای رهبری بر انسجام تیمی، مهارتهای رهبری بر عملکرد تیمی و انسجام تیمی بر عملکرد تیمی تأثیر مستقیم و مثبتی داشت. شاخصهای مدل، همگی نشاندهندهی برازش مطلوب و تایید مدل پژوهش است.
مربیان می توانند مهارتهای رهبری خود را بیش از پیش تقویت نمایند و توانایی به کار بردن مؤثر هر کدام از مهارتهای فنی، ادراکی و انسانی را در شرایط مناسب داشته باشند. به طور کلی، آنها باید در شرایط متغیر، اقدام و عمل مؤثری را داشته باشند. همچنین تحلیل شاخصهای برازش مدل ساختاری تحقیق حاکی از این بود که مدل تحقیق دارای برازش مناسب و لذا توانایی بالایی در اندازهگیری متغیر اصلی تحقیق است.
