چکیده
رفتار‌سیاسی در سازمان، موضوعی متناقض نماست و به-رغم وجود دیدگاه دو قطبی مثبت و منفی نسبت به آن، جزء‌لاینفک زندگی سازمانی است. هدف از این پژوهش ارایه مدل رفتار‌سیاسی در تصمیم‌گیری استراتژیک مدیران ورزشی کشور می‌باشد. روش آن کیفی و با ماهیت اکتشافی - بنیادی بوده است که از طریق تکنیک نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و براساس مصاحبه‌های عمیق با 12 نفر از نخبگان تربیت‌بدنی در ورزش دانشگاهی (شامل مدیران ارشد ادارات تربیت بدنی دانشگاهها و مدیران و کارشناسان اداره کل تربیت بدنی ) داده‌های تحقیق جمع‌آوری شد و براساس نظریه‌ی داده‌بنیاد و با رویکرد ساخت گرای چارمز، داده‌ها کدگذاری و تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل داده‌های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه، ارائه مدل رفتار سیاسی و تصمیم-گیری مدیران‌ورزشی در قالب 8کد اصلی یکپارچه‌سازی مقوله‌ها بر مبنای روابط موجود بین آنها حول محور رفتار سیاسی مدیران، شکل گرفت. نتیجه‌ای که می‌توان از این پژوهش گرفت استدلالی است که ما از جنبه‌های مثبت و منفی رفتار سیاسی داریم و قابلیت اثر‌گذاری این فاکتورها بر تصمیمات استراتژیک مدیران ورزشی می‌باشد که طبق گفته بسیاری از مصاحبه شوندگان مهمترین بعد مثبت رفتار سیاسی رسیدن به اهداف در کوتاه‌ترین زمان با کمترین هزینه می‌دانند و دور شدن از اهداف سازمان را عامل منفی رفتار سیاسی مدیران ورزشی ذکر می‌کند. عوامل سازمانی و فردی دو مولفه دیگر بدست آمده می‌باشند .
