چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش طراحی مدل ارتباطی رهبری کوانتومی و بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود. پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت و روش، از نوع همبستگی و علّی- مقایسه ای بود. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان و نمونه آماری 269 نفر بودند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه‌های رهبری کوانتومی (عظیمی، 1390)، بهره وری نیروی انسانی (هرسی و گلداسمیت، 1980) و مد‌ل‌سازی ساختاری-تفسیری (ISM) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از نظر 12 نفر از خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی تایید و پایایی ازطریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 87/0، 89/0، 91/0 گزارش شد. از آزمون ‌های آماری کولموگروف اسمیرنوف، t تک نمونه ای و از مدل سازی ساختاری- تفسیری (ISM) و از نرم افزارSPSS جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد مولفه‌های درک و شناخت، اعتبار و سازگاری از بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی و مولفه های دیدن کوانتومی، تفکر کوانتومی، احساس کوانتومی، شناخت کوانتومی، عمل کوانتومی، اعتماد کوانتومی و وجود کوانتومی از رهبری کوانتومی در سطح اول مدل بر مولفه‌های تونایی، انگیزش و بازخور از بهره-وری نیروی انسانی در سطح دوم تاثیرگذار می باشند. همچنین، مولفه‌های سطح دوم بر مولفه-ی حمایت سازمانی از بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی در سطح سوم تاثیرگذار ‌می‌باشند. بنابراین، می توان گفت که رهبری کوانتومی قادر خواهد بود باعث افزایش بهره وری نیروی انسانی در کارکنان وزارت ورزش و جوانان شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to design a communication model of quantum leadership and manpower productivity of the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth. The research was applied and in terms of nature and method, it was correlational and causal-comparative. The statistical population was all employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth and the statistical sample were 269 persons. In this study, Quantum Leadership (Azimi, 2011), Manpower Productivity (Hersey and Goldsmith, 1980) and structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) Questionnaires were used. The validity of the questionnaires was confirmed using the opinions of 12 sports management experts and the reliability was reported through Cronbach's alpha as 0.87, 0.89 and 0.91, respectively. To analyze data from statistical tests Kolmogorov-Smirnov, t-sample and structural-interpretive modeling (ISM) and SPSS software were used. Findings showed the components of perception and cognition, validity and compatibility of human productivity and components of quantum seeing, quantum thinking, quantum feeling, quantum cognition, quantum action, quantum trust and the existence of quantum leadership at the first level affects the components of ability, motivation and feedback from the productivity of human resources at the second level. Also, the second level components affect the organizational support component of manpower productivity in the third level. Therefore, it can be said that quantum leadership will be able to increase the productivity of human resources in the staff of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.
