The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between social capital, job satisfaction and organizational commitment and performance of the staff of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The population of the study, 303 experts and directors of the Ministry of Sport and Youth, formed, out of which, 181 people were selected. The data gathered, four questionnaire organizational performance Hersey and Goldsmith (2003), commitment (Meyer & Allen, 1997), social capital (Nahapiet and Ghoshal, 1998) and job satisfaction (Minnesota, 1967). Formalized their validity, and reliability was obtained, using Cronbach's alpha for the questionnaire on organizational performance, 0/87, organizational commitment, 80/0, social capital, 86/0 and job satisfaction 0/90. The results of analysis on the structural equation model indicated that the model fit was good, and acceptable. And all paths (hypotheses) were confirmed with high confidence. In the meantime, most of the work on the relationship between organizational commitment and performance (54%). Social capital and job satisfaction are also each work 41 and 33 percent on their commitment.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between components of organizational intelligence and organizational citizenship behaviors in Staff of East Azerbaijan youth and sports administrations. The research is correlation one and is performed in a field research method. The statistical population includes managers and staffs at youth and sports offices and 106 members of this population are selected as sample for this research. The data were collected by organizational intelligence questionnaire as well as organizational citizenship behaviors questionnaire. Also Pearson and step by step multiple regression test were used. Therefore the result shows that there is a positive and meaningful relationship between organizational citizenship behaviors and organizational intelligence, and 7 components of organizational intelligence. Finally, the result of step by step multiple regression analysis show that among organizational intelligence components shard fate, sprit, alignment congruence and knowledge deployment are contributing to predict 29.3 present of organizational citizenship behaviors.

For Data analysis) were used, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation) and inferential statistics (Kolmogorof- Smirnof test, Pearson correlation and multiple regression, path analysis.results show that there are relationship between learning organizational and forgetting proposal with organizational agility and organizational learning could be good prediction for organizational agility.

The aim of this study was to identify factors that influence the behavior of the Iranian private sector to invest in professional sports and was a model. The study population consisted of experts in sports management, economy, private sector investment and sport managers.In the qualitative study,15 people are targeted based on a sample of 143 people were chosen as a sample.To achieve objectives of the 79-item questionnaire was used. validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by 15 experts and construct validity was confirmed by factor analysis. Cronbach's alpha for the total scale structures and were higher than 0.7. The data on the quality of the Delphi method was used in three stages. The little too descriptive and inferential statistical methods such as K - S, confirmatory factor analysis, path analysis with the help of the software SPSS 22 and Smartpls 3.0 was used. The model factors in attracting private sectorinvestment in professional sports management with load factor (0.922), marketing (0.890),especially sports (0/859), related to the economy (0/842), media and advertising (0/862), support (0.846), cultural (0.719), political (0.647) and legal (0.642) exist. The findings of this study wasto investigate the factor structure and theoretical foundation in this model fit (0.663) strong enough to suggest the models to explain the factors influencing the behavior of the private sector to invest in sport is a professional.

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between authentic leadership style with job interest of General Sport and Young offices employments of west provinces of Iran. Study population was all employments and staff of General Sport and Young offices of west provinces of Iran (N=300). Sampling was done through category-simple sampling using Morgan Korsji Table (n=185). Study tools were two standard questionnaires included authentic leadership Questionnaire of Ovelyo, Gardner et al (2007) and Job Interest Questionnaire of Lodahal and Kejner (2001) that their reliabilities were reported 0.834 and 0.779 respectively. For data analyzing, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. Study results showed significant positive correlation between authentic leadership style and its factors with job interest of employments. The results of multiple regression showed that basic leadership style can define and predict 0.240 of job interest changes. Based on the results, it can be suggested to managers of these organizations for improving interest of employments to their jobs and increasing their attitude and thoughts to organization and also improving organization performance, consider authentic leadership as their management style

Hosting in team sports has an important role in determining the outcome of a game. This research aims to address the influence of hosting on the performance of teams in Iran's Premiere League. The current research is of analytical- descriptive type as has been conducted as a field study. The data acquisition was done with the library method. The statistical population and sample are equal and include 23 teams of Iran's Premiere League during 2007-2008, 2008-2009 and 2009-2010 seasons. To analyze the data, kolmogorov test, single-variable regression and Multiple regression were used. Multiple regression analysis indicated that, Home game score (0.996), Number of failures in home games (0.742) and Number of conceded goals in home games (-0.437), were determined as the strongest predicators of factors influencing sportive performance of football teams in premier league. According to the results, it can conclude that the increasing of home game score, decreasing of number of failures in home games and decreasing of conceded goals in home games, have effect on improvement performance of Iran football teams in premier league. In a nutshell, the results indicate that hosting have a noticeable effect on the efficacy of the teams in Iran's Premiere League.

The process of choosing candidates for the entrance examination, may, in accordance with the conditions of time and place numerous factors and criteria to be withdrawn. The research investigates the social factors, cultural, family and gender in the selection of candidates for the entrance examination for physical education 94-93 study.The present study was to survey a sample taken from 212 volunteers, 97 male and 115 physical education for girls from the provinces of Semnan, Mazandaran and Golestan in 1393 were 94 students in the total number of samples, ie samples of equal with the population. The instrument was a questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed using scientific methods. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics as well as correlation and regression spss statistical software was used. The results showed that six important factor in the choice of physical education is important. Physical education students, family, friends, relatives and teachers and school counselors are the first component of the second factor, the acquisition of social status, the third factor, of course, is interested and interesting. Other factors that influence the sex of volunteer, career and discipline are parents. In general, it can be concluded that the voluntary physical education in their chosen field of study of the impact of various factors accept, But the major impression of the various factors; In other words, it must be recognized that students step by step what factors are more or less affected And when you want to get into university, What are your plans for the provision of further studies are needed to see.

The purpose of the present research was to model the link between relationship marketing and customer loyalty. The population of this descriptive-correlational research consisted of all the users of Public swimming pools in Tehran.The sample size of research by coocran’s fomula is 375 users which were selected by using two-stage cluster sampling. Data were collected using the questionnaires of Kim et al., (2008) with 7 dimensions (trust, commitment, intimacy, identification, reciprocity, satisfaction, and conflict handling) and Allen and Meyer (1990) with 2 dimensions (attitudinal and behavioral loyalty). Content validity of the instrument was confirmed by experts in the field and for consistency a Cronbach's alpha of 0.89 was obtained that is acceptable. Descriptive statistics and confirmatory factor analysis were used to analyze the data. The results showed that the proposed model adequately fit the data and there was a strong positive correlation between relationship marketing and customer loyalty in the public swimming pool users.
