Why do violence, aggression and destruction of public property occur in sports? What are some ways to control this type of behavior? These are some of the most important questions for researchers and policymakers in the field of sports. Therefore, the aim of the present study is to design a model for the prevention of vandalism and hooliganism in sports. The method of the present research is qualitative and data theory of the foundation of Strauss and Corbin (2008) method. The statistical population of this study included three sections: sports managers and experts, coaches, referees and athletes at the level of elite and spectators, and sampling was done theoretically. The criterion for selecting the sample was knowledge of the research topic. In this study, 22 people were interviewed. In-depth purposeful interviews were used to collect data. Finally, the data were analyzed through three coding steps and the final model was developed. In this paradigm model, the concepts of "violence" and "aggression" were identified as central phenomena. Then 28 main categories related to these concepts in the form of effective causal conditions (11 categories), contextual conditions (3 categories), mediating conditions that facilitate or accelerate the interaction of these three parts (5 categories), necessary strategies (7 categories), and Consequences (2 categories) were introduced.

In order to hold sports events as lively and safe as possible, managing the emotions of the spectators is one of the most important goals of those in charge of organizing competitions. Therefore, the aim of the current research is to design emotion management in creating stable security in major sports events in Iran. This research was carried out with a qualitative method based on the data theory of the foundation. The data was collected using in-depth interviews with 17 experts and experts [sports managers (5 people), law enforcement and sports managers (5 people), social psychology elites (7 people)], which continued in a targeted manner until the theoretical saturation of data collection was reached. Found. Open, central and selective coding methods were used for data analysis. To achieve validity, the three-tier method was used, and to achieve reliability, the retest method was used. The results showed that causal factors include police, security and psychological measures, background factors include fan culture and social changes; Intervening factors include event security weaknesses, audience management weaknesses, and organization coordination weaknesses. The strategies included psychological scientific management of the event, providing a platform for emotional release, technology, strengthening welfare services, education, using the media, and integrated psychological management. In order to manage emotions, the organizers of a sports event should know the mental state of the participants and use scientific psychological management of the fans to plan appropriate actions in an event to provide the grounds for a safe and lively event. Therefore, it is suggested that the trustees use law enforcement and psychological experts for emotion management

The purpose of this research was to investigate the mediating role of shared leadership in the relationship between organizational capacity and types of innovation in non-profit sports organizations. The research was a descriptive-correlation type that was conducted in the field. 320 questionnaires were purposefully distributed among the members of the sports boards of the northwestern provinces of the country, and at the end, 236 correct questionnaires were collected. The research tools included organizational capacity, organizational innovation and shared leadership questionnaires. MPlus software was used to analyze the research data with maximum likelihood estimation by strong standard error. The results showed that all dimensions of organizational capacity, except financial capacity, had a significant relationship with administrative innovation. In contrast, human capacity and planning capacity had no significant relationship with technical innovation. Also, a significant relationship was found between all dimensions of organizational capacity with shared leadership. But there was no significant relationship between financial capacity and shared leadership. shared leadership was also significantly related to both types of administrative innovation and technical innovation. The evaluation of the hypothesized indirect effects showed that shared leadership has a mediating effect on the relationship between organizational capacity and administrative and technical innovations. But the mediating effect of shared leadership on the relationship between financial capacity and administrative and technical innovation was not confirmed. This research highlighted that the distribution of leadership responsibilities and the participation of members in the organization's decisions increases the possibility of using organizational capacities to improve all types of innovation.

The present study was designed and conducted with the aim of presenting a paradigm model of organizational anesthesia among sports teachers. This study was a combined method and was a mixed exploratory research project. The statistical population of the qualitative section included experts aware of the research topic. The statistical population is in the quantitative section of all physical education teachers in Kermanshah. The statistical sample of this study was 150 people according to the frequency of the statistical population, sample size and the probability of sampling error. In this research, according to the objectives and type of research, a simple random sampling method has been used. The data collection tool in the present study was a semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire. In order to analyze the data of the present study, coding in the qualitative part and the method of structural equations in the quantitative part using PLS software were used. The results showed that the research model includes 14 categories and 58 concept codes that in the heart of the six dimensions of the paradigm model as causal factors (3 categories), the main category: organizational anesthesia among physical education teachers(1 category) Strategies (3 categories), contextual conditions (2 categories), interventionist conditions (4 categories) and consequences (1 category) were included. In the quantitative part, it was found that all 6 main components of the research have a good fit, so the research model has a good fit. Given that physical education teachers have a significant role in the development of student sports, it is recommended that managers and those in charge of education, use the results of the present study to increase the quality of life of this group.
