چکیده
هدف از مطالعه حاضر تحلیل نقش تعدیلکنندگی فضیلت سازمانی در تبیین رابطه بین توانمندسازی و سرمایه اجتماعی معلمان تربیتبدنی بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی و از نوع طرح های همبستگی بود که به روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل تمامی معلمان تربیتبدنی استان همدان بود که تعداد 287 نفر بهصورت تصادفی بهعنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها شامل پرسشنامه توانمندسازی اسپریتزر (1995)، فضیلت سازمانی کامرون (2004) و سرمایه اجتماعی ناهاپیت و گوشال (1998) بود. روایی پرسشنامه ها به تأیید 15 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید و پایایی آنها نیز با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب برابر 86/0، 91/0 و 94/0 محاسبه گردید. یافتههای تحقیق نشان داد که فضیلت سازمانی در تبیین رابطه بین توانمندسازی و سرمایه اجتماعی معلمان تربیتبدنی نقش تعدیلکنندگی دارد. همچنین سرمایه اجتماعی بر توانمندسازی معلمان تأثیر مثبت میگذارد. فضیلت سازمانی تأثیر مثبتی بر توانمندسازی معلمان تربیتبدنی دارد. براساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر میتوان بیان نمود که تقویت فضیلت سازمانی و اخلاق در سطح فردی و سطح سازمانی نهتنها کارکرد مثبت بر توانمندسازی معلمان تربیتبدنی خواهد شد بلکه بهطور معناداری رابطه سرمایه اجتماعی و فضیلت سازمانی را تحت تأثیر خود قرار میدهد.
