تدوین مدل ارتباطی سواد بدنی با انگیزش و اشتیاق شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی ایران

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل ارتباطی سواد بدنی با انگیزش و اشتیاق شغلی معلمان تربیت بدنی ایران بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی – همبستگی از نوع معادلات ساختاری، می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل معلمان تربیت بدنی سراسر ایران در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 می باشد(28000=N ). نمونه گیری تصادفی به صورت خوشه ای-مرحله ای و بر مبنای جدول مورگان 379 تن در نظر گرفته شد. جهت دستیابی به اهداف پژوهش از سه پرسشنامه سواد بدنی محقق ساخته، پرسشنامه انگیزش شغلی هاکمن و اولدهام(1976) و پرسشنامه اشتیاق شغلی اوترخت(شوفلی و همکاران،2002) استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه ها مورد تأیید 20 تن از متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی قرار گرفت. پایایی پرسشنامه ها در یک مطالعه مقدماتی بر روی 30 تن از آزمودنی به ترتیب برابر 89/0، 95.5و 96.5 آلفای کرونباخ به دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش آماری توصیفی و استنباطی، مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از دو نرم افزار SPSS و Smart PLS)) استفاده شد. نتایج مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری نشان از برازش مطلوب مدل داشت.
