شناسایی روش های پیشگیری از سوءاستفاده در ورزش: یک مطالعه کیفی

چکیده

وجود انواع سوءاستفاده از قبیل سوءاستفاده‌های عاطفی، جسمی، جنسی و غفلت در ورزش توجه‌ عموم مردم را به خود جلب کرده است لذا با توجه به ناپسند بودن سوءاستفاده‌ها در ورزش و جامعه داشتن برنامه‌ای برای پیشگیری از انواع سوءاستفاده در ورزش باعث کاهش چشمگیر این قبیل مسائل در ورزش می‌شود. هدف از این تحقیق شناسایی روش‌های پیشگیری از سوءاستفاده‌ها در ورزش ایران است. روش پژوهش کیفی است و داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته به صورت روش گلوله برفی جمع‌آوری شدند. مشارکت‌کنندگان در این تحقیق اساتید، متخصصین، کارشناسان و صاحب‌نظران در زمینه سوءاستفاده در ورزش بودند. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضامین که به صورت کدگذاری و شناخت مقوله‌ها از متن مصاحبه است، استفاده شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نه عامل اساسی را برای جلوگیری از سوءاستفاده در ورزش ایران شناسایی کرد که عبارتند از : بینش جمعی، فراگیری فرهیختگی، خلق مربیان امین، اصلاح بنیاد مدیریتی، توبیخ درخور، درمان مرتکبین، مخبر معتمد،امتناع از انکار و در آخر اجرا سبک نوین و متنوع. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق مشخص شد که مهم‌ترین مورد برای پیشگیری از سوءاستفاده اتخاذ یک برنامه اصولی و کاربردی برای تمام جامعه ورزشی و خانواده‌ها می‌باشد. هر چقدر که آموزش دقیق‌تر باشد زمینه شکلگیری سوءاستفاده کمتر می‌شود.
